Ok I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food joints because everyone pretty much knows what to expect. But I’m only leaving a review because Arthur that took our order in the drive thru lane on Friday was the type of service you would expect at a higher end establishment. You can tell in his voice he was just a happy person, he was patient, AND he knew all the deals, haha! It didn’t stop there on the intercom. We pulled around to pay and he wished us to have the most fantastical, amazing day ever. I mean to be honest, we eat at Burger King maybe twice a year but Arthur makes me want to come back! He’s giving Chik Fil A customer service a run for their money. We have been inside to order in the past and everyone was also nice in the past.
In case you are wondering about the actual food service, we got whoppers, jalapeño poppers, and onion rings. The work was not sloppy and everything came out good.

I dont remember the cashier at drive thru but he needs a raise. He was so friendly and has a pleasant soul. If he could work the window everytime i order i would come more often.

Manager on duty couldn’t and wouldn’t turn off the radio in the kids playroom. We drove over an hour just to play at this indoor kid facility. We didn’t stay to eat. I am completely disgusting and disappointed in this only decent sized kid indoor facility that down right refused assisting it’s guests in creating a better playing environment over a radio station. I even suggested we call this place before driving that far just to make sure we would be able to play since some places shut down the playgrounds just because they aren’t wanting it used. I also asked the manager if she could call someone else that’s not on duty to assist her in turning it off. She said the only helpful response that corporate were the only people that could help and they were closed. Terrible excuse. A manager not trained adequately in their position in simple tasks is letting the entire company down. Burker king where you can have it your way is definitely not the customer pleasing company it once was.

My husband and I went through the drive through and asked for a float the person over the mic said it was down we drove around and seen someone with one and immediately went inside and purchased one. Called the manager to ask her about the float she said the machine is down . I said no it’s not I just purchased one not even 5 minutes ago so she said well the pineapple float is down they put it on defrost I said no it’s not because I have one that I just purchased literally 2 minutes ago . I told her y’all to funny mind you it’s 7 pm in the afternoon. I never discriminated against nobody but these fast food restaurants just hire anybody at this point smh. She said her name was hope well that place have no hope she probably lied about that as well.

I ordered $30 worth of food and prepaid for it. Got to the drive thru and was told my food was acanentally given away. They refused to give me my food I paid for saying that even though they made the mistake, there was nothing I could do. Now I’m out $30.

Chicken was fried so long that the meat was dwindled to nothing & was hard as concrete. I know the person making ut coukd tell cause it was damn near flat so why would u serve that? And the service, omg it was terrible. They acted like I was a nuisance for making em do sumthin cuz I placed an order. I won’t return & it was the shitty service a lil more than the food & choice to serve that then it was the food itself.

First time visiting this location. Everything was excellent!! Bathrooms and dining areas were extremely clean. Service was amazing. For once, they got my burger right… no mayo. I was beyond happy. Food was hot, fries didn’t taste like they had been sitting for hours, and everything was fresh. If you’re ever in this area, I hope you enjoy the same experience we did.

ORDER #501 DRIVE THRU
2 WHOPPER MEALS I picked up my sandwich that first felt cold. I pinched the meat, it was barely warm. Cold bun. I got into, it was cold. Meat should have been hot, would have nice to i have gotten nice heated bun. My husband handed me his. It was the same except the cheese was melted around the edges of his meat that barely warm every where but edges.
Cold bun just like mine. This meat has been sitting a few minutes and allowed to get to room temp. The French fries were same. Hard and just barely warm. What a huge disappointment!!!! I had not ate at a Burger King in over 10 years. Will never eat there again.
Why do they pass off food that has been sitting to folks in the drive thru window??? Other fast food places do that too. They are not the first to do this to us. They must think drive off customers are a good way to get rid of their waste that should be thrown out. Don’t give us customers what is not up to minimum standards that we expect. A hot sandwich and hot French fries is not too much to ask. We gave you real money. I’m not taking the chances of getting food poisoning by eating food that’s been sitting out and is not good and hot. We wrapped this crap up, put back in the bag and threw it away.
