The bacon wrapped pork sirloin had a great flavor. The carrot cake was also very good.
The main course in my opinion should have been much larger than 6.5 oz for the price.
The server and manager were very nice and accommodating. With the taste of the meal I’d have loved to rate it higher but the portion size took away from the meal.
To add to the night, my credit card was lost for a while.
Also found out the place is to be torn down and replaced this month. Closed for more than a year.

View is great if course. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was surprisingly good. I’m not sure why I was afraid it wouldn’t be. My husband and I both had the Kobe burgers that were tasty and cooked to order. My kids had the fish tacos and a grilled cheese. Again, all good. The menu was somewhat limited but I assume it’s a chore as is getting things to the restaurant, on top of a mountain.

Took our whole wedding party up the tram. Had our wedding on the deck followed by the reception in High Finance. Great service, the food was good, and the drinks are high altitude. I recommend them for weddings, make sure you book when the weather is good. Decent price.

First you don’t really go to the top of the crest to get a good meal, but there is no reason why you shouldn’t get one. I ordered a split duck breast since the 2 of us were not very hungry. We ordered tea only to find that the little box they presented the tea bags in was next to barren, had to have like an apple spice tea while looking for a green tea. How could waitresses and management just let this slip by? The answer? They don’t care. I ordered mushroom soup and it came with the meal instead of being served earlier while the meal was cooking. I sent the soup back since I didn’t want to choose which I was going to let get cold. The waitress was well versed at apologizing but didn’t seem to understand what service meant. she never offered more water for tea or for drinking. The duck arrived and it was only half cooked, I don’t know if you’ve ever eaten partially cooked fowl but it was not delectable. The dessert was typical factory built frozen fare.
My suggestion, enjoy the tram ride, get a soup or salad and enjoy the views.

I had a reunion with my friend that I attended a police academy with 35 years ago. I told him how impressive not just the view was, but the dining experience being unparalleled. He was not disappointed. The meal was shear perfection. The wine selections were “World Class”, as well as the staff that offered optimum in Customer Service and attention to our every individual needs. This was my second experience and it is with the greatest anticipation, I can visit again, soonest!

The Reid Family really loves this place, and the folks that operate it!

We did not expect such a great meal at Sandia Peaks when we were planning this trip. As we went into the restaurant, we found out they lost power and the heat just started working. This is not their fault, nor was it really too cold in the restaurant. We were greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable server. She helped with our wine selection and answered our questions regarding the entrees. My wife had a mint chocolate cocoa with liqueur in it which was INCREDIBLE. I had a glass of their more popular cabernet which was full-bodied and had a nutty and berry flavor on the backside. Our appetizer was a shrimp cocktail and it was surprisingly very good being we were as far inland as we were. Our entrees were chicken parmesan and pork tenderloin. The chicken was good, but the pork was better. In fact it was great! We were too stuffed for dessert and we still had a little of our entrees left over. Our favorite part was the ambiance. The restaurant overlooked Albuquerque and had a breath-taking view. I’ve heard this place may be a little too pricy, but all of this for around $65, how could anyone complain? You may find better food at a 5-star restaurant, but you will pay 5-star prices. I would use this as a romantic get-away, a date night, or just an upscale night out on the town! Good food, better customer service, and an incredible view!

The staff was amazing, very friendly. However, the food wasnt very good. We ordered Calamari, which was very rubbery and without flavor. For our entree we had the duck breast, which was overcooked and the orange ginger sauce was very overpowering. The only good thing that entered my stomach, was the wonderful lemon cake in a rasberry sauce for desert.

Quality good at reasonable prices with spectacular views. Got the Salmon sandwich on focaccia which is so far the best Salmon burger I have had (n=2). The waffles fries were delicious. The wait staff were great and refilled my water promptly which is important since its dry in ABQ. Will be coming back for sure.

The food was gross and not at all worth what we paid for it. We were seated with no silverware or anything else. Food was $10 for a ham and cheese sandwich
I got the albuquerque turkey. The turkey was good but the whole thing tasted dry… could have used some mayo or something to make it better. The grilled cheese tasted like they were from the day before. We would have never eaten here had it not been raining outside. They usually have a bbq pit outside during the summer and that is much better fare than this crappy restaurant.

My family & some other family members from out of town wanted to go on the tram & then we chose to eat @ high finance for lunch. I was absolutely shocked @ how horrible that place has become. The bathrooms are worse than a dirty night club, two of our guests ordered the Albuquerque Turkey & I’m telling you that was NOT turkey on that sandwich as we all referred to it as mystery meat. Burgers were so well done, they were practically inedible.i ordered aSalmon Ceasar salad ($17) & it was a dry, flavorless piece of salmon a top a Cesar salad I could get at Dions. I don’t only write poor reviews. When we have a good experience or meal somewhere I make sure to review those, as well. But this place is gross & of this is the quality of food they are proud to serve than it needs to be priced appropriately: like Jason’s Deli or Applebee’s.
