I can’t believe that they were open of Christmas, especially for a dine-in restaurant. Me and my family were trying and hoping so hard to find some place to eat and to our surprise this sushi place was open! The service was absolutely wonderful, our waiter Jeffrey was super bright even though he was working on a holiday, and he seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job. I found his silly elf hat to be very fun and entertaining. It did get a little busy but even then, the wait time wasn’t very long at all and the food quality was superb. The sushi rolls were delicious and our waiter gave us very good recommendations. The yummy roll and shaggy dog rolls were so tasty. It’s hard finding such a place these days and quite frankly I could even say that this place saved my family’s Christmas holiday for being open today! Amazing service, great food, and definitely a great holiday!!

the atmosphere of this place is really nice, not too loud and the music was also pretty good. i expected the wait to be long since i saw many reviews about slow service but i was pleasantly surprised when my food arrived quickly. my server jeffrey was very friendly and attentive and would consistently check up on my table. he had a great sense of humor and made our dining experience very fun. the food quality was also very good for an AYCE restaurant. i would definitely come back again for the food and because of the great service i received!

Came here for the first time with one of my friend! We sat at the bar and Maddon was our server. He was very attentive and accommodating which we appreciated since we were new to the AYCE option. He thoroughly explained in detail how the process works and what was included and not included. We had the lovely opportunity to meet both mangers Tim and Tony. I complimented them on how their staff were trained and organized. I noticed how there were times servers would need assistance and the managers kept their cool and guided them through the motion. Being in the customer service industry for over 20 years I can definitely appreciate that. The managers checked up on us just as much as Maddon did to make sure everything was going good and we had everything we needed.
The sushi was surprisingly really good for an AYCE sushi. I really enjoyed the blue fin tuna nigiri, that tasted the freshest. I love that they also offer pickled wasabi. Their hotate and sake (salmon) sushi were good as well. I enjoyed the Serrano peppers on the yellowtail sashimis, it gave it a fragrant flavor. My friend also really enjoyed those.
Their cocktail menus were so pretty that I just had to try them! The tsukikage was such a pretty drink and the silk and scale tasted pretty good, especially if you’re a fruity cocktail person. For appetizers we shared the gyozas, rock shrimp, takoyakis, grilled mussels. We enjoyed all of those. They were all tasty. They also play good music here and I love that they have the sports on the tv at the bar. I’ll definitely be back to dine here again!

Food: The food was good. The fried rice and ramen were bland. I would recommend the Sashimi.
Service: The service was under average. The service was SO SLOW!!!! We asked for food on separate plates, they didn’t put it separate like we asked. They gave the salads at the end of the meal, when we were already full. Our waitress rarely came by to make sure we were happy, or needed something. The staff would disappear without any of us knowing, and not complete with our order. This was the only thing that ruined my experience.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere was pleasant, quiet, and was the best part of the experience.

Fantastic value for the quality! Their AYCE dinner buffet is only $36.95 and is served at your table, which makes the whole experience feel elevated. The sushi is fresh and beautifully plated — even offering scallop, a rare find at AYCE spots. You also get your first alcoholic drink included! I love that they have green tea ice cream in the buffet menu:) Friendly service, great teamwork, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality sushi at a great price!

How can things change so fast in a little over a year? When I first ate at Sushi Masa, I thought this place is awesome for AYCE. I’ve been here a few times since my first visit.
On 2/4/26, I had to meet with someone so suggested Sushi Masa for lunch. Food was just so bad. I read that there were gnats inside and sure enough saw gnats flying around. Food look was not appetizing and the taste was just bland. Chicken teriyaki was like chewing on old leather. Service was okay. How can a place that was so good change so fast? Also the restaurant was so empty during lunch hours!

Came back today and they have change a quite bit since my last time here. Still same good quality food with fresh sashimi and new roll!! My favorite one is SCALLOP! I couldn’t find any spot around the area that offer scallop on the ayce menu. Additionally, they have new kids menu and pricing, at pretty decent prices and good service… Really recommended

I come here quite often and every time I sit with Olivia and she’s is just the Absolute best!
The sushi is pretty good but her service is the reason I have been coming weekly!
I would recommend you request to sit with her, she’s super nice, very sweet, incredibly hard working and will never miss a beat!!

I often come to Sushi Masa for meals—I’ve been here about six or seven times over the past three to four months. The food has always been good, but the service is really poor! I work as a server myself, and I would never treat my customers like this.
At first, an Asian guy was my server. I ordered water with no ice, but he brought me ice water. I also ordered five pieces of eel sushi and salmon sashimi. After about an hour, I still hadn’t received my eel sushi. I finished what I had, and no one asked if I wanted to order anything else. I had to keep stopping other servers passing by—I know that’s annoying, but I had no choice.
Later, a female server took over. I think she might have been my server before—her name might be Mildren, I’m not sure. I ordered eel sushi and salmon sashimi again, but she got the order completely wrong. And even by then, I still hadn’t received the eel sushi from my first order.
Right before I left, they finally brought me three pieces of eel sushi. It was almost laughable.
I usually tip between 20% and 30%, but this time I only left $5. The only reason I didn’t leave $0 is because I’m a server myself. I’ve never left such a low tip before—the service was just that bad!
Also, I ordered 2 green mussels, but I received 4.
