Gave me the wrong order and when I went back through drive thru they wanted the incorrect meal back. I said since you’re going to throw this out, I can give it to a homeless man we can see from the restaurant. The woman in charge said no we need to throw it away. I indicated that I would just pay for both meals and could you please just get the other meal and I’ll take care of it. She said, no, you’ll have to drive back around and place the other order again, because I wouldn’t let them throw out the food. I have the homeless man the sandwich and left without my meal. Disgusting.

I had a terrible experience tonight. We sat at the intercom for over 10 minutes with no response. I even said “hello” and the car next to us was also just waiting. Since I had already placed my order through the app and no one told us otherwise, I moved forward. After another 20 minutes, when we finally reached the window, we were told we had to go all the way back in line because I “didn’t give my order at the intercom.” To make matters worse, the so-called manager Im assuming spoke to us with an extremely rude attitude, saying, “the drive-through is busy.” How exactly are customers supposed to know what to do if no instructions are given at the intercom? So I decided to cancel my order and as I was driving off she then screamed “bye!”, This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Fresh cooked food. The specials are affordable. Please change so there is less processed. The idea is correct. Maybe European McDonald’s have fewer ingredients that deter from processed. Anyway, enjoyed the food. Just make it more healthy. McDonald’s is part of America. Thanks for the clean, friendly, and fast service.

An awful McDonald’s location. This McDonald’s provides poor service and doesn’t care. Drive further and try another location. Staff isn’t helpful and really don’t seemed bothered by their unprofessional demeanor. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a staff member, Daniel. This location definitely needs some training or change in staffing or attitudes. They seem to make up their own hours and times they will serve certain breakfast and non-breakfast items. Who shuts down randomly without communication to the customers.

The change for my order was $18.99. I asked the cashier for $19.00; I asked if Ronald could spot me a penny.

She ignored me and gave me $18.99.

As someone who was a cashier decades ago I would NEVER do that. I’d eat the penny.

Last time I checked its called a drive thru not a walk thru. Whomever was working on 10/2/24 at 11 PM allowed three people to walk up order their food whom appeared to be intoxicated and acted disruptive. They were twerking, giggling, and for the “manager” to allow the drive thru line to wrap around the building and let this occur is beyond me. The employee also claimed that “they just wanted food and whats the problem”, but to my knowledge in order to use a drive thru you need a vehicle not just walk up on foot.
