I came in around 9:30pm for a to go order. There was probably 5 people in the restaurant but it took nearly 10 minutes to even be greeted. That’s fine though. The restaurant was DISGUSTING! My feet were sticking all over the floors. There were dirty dishes everywhere. Nasty counters. Food on the floors. Look, I get it. Maybe there was a rush before, or maybe they were short on staff. But that’s concerning. 3 stars because the food was delicious as usual!

First time having a salad from there and I must say it was delicious! Service was great but it seems they’re not really interested in the customer enjoying the rewards program. The computer rewards system was broken and by the way the dust was built up on the equipment, looks like its been that way for quite some time.

Stop in for a bite of food. My wife and two grand kids and me. We felt like we was being rush to order. Don’t know why, there was only about 20 people in there. Then we had to move to another table, because the floor under the table had something liquid on it. I told a worker about it , and they didn’t do anything about it. I look around and the floor was dirty, food on the floor and tables was dirty too. The booth we got in was too closed together. The seat was in bad shape too. The burgers we got was not done also. If you ask me they need to shut the doors and clean and remodeled the place. Will not be eating there again.

The food was wonderful and hot/fresh, the wait was not long, and our waitress was polite and professional and friendly. Worth going even if you just get the milkshake. Yummy.
Also one on one dates with all my kids! They treat us very well and come to the tables for refills or to add dessert or milkshakes etc..

Service is usually decent, some servers are amazing. Sometimes wait time to get seated can be a while (we’ve waited up to 30+ minutes before). On this particular occasion our kids noted there was gum stuck to the bottom of every table we were sat at. It’s not usually like that. There were also only 4 other tables there and 3 waitresses on the floor. The first waitresses that seated us passed us off to another waitress without us asking, who was awesome, but we had to wait for a while on food.

Yesterday was a good experience, unlike a week ago. Service was good. The food was fresh and warm. 4 in our party. My bun was not even warm, but others said theirs were barely warm. Meat was warm, but 2 others had to wait to cool off, with steam still coming off the burger. The service was very good and check back was made. I’ll try this location again, and see if it climbs up the ladder to be a great place again.

Stop on about once a week on the way home from the lake. Food is good. Service is lousy. Servers always complaining about who’s table is who’s. I just plan on a 20 min wait before anyone takes my order. Operation very unorganized and inefficient. If the burgers weren’t so good I would definitely by pass the place. Good thing I’m retired and am not on a schedule. The managers ought to look into this.

Waited almost 5 minutes to be seated while manager was standing there talking not five feet away with a menu in his hand. Finally got seated and waited another four minutes before someone can and took my order. Normally like Steak and Shake but if it was not for the fact that I was tired from driving, and did not want to drive across the street, I would have left. The person behind me also had a long wait. I will never stop at this location again. Food was good and waitress was pleasant which is reason for the two stars.

Really good food I was passing through and stopped in on a rainy Sunday afternoon the place was packed with people. Parking lot was easy to find a spot close to the door my server met me at the door escorted me to my table ( love the personal touch) took my order of double meat cheese burger and fries with a chocolate shake. Food was delicious and promptly delivered to my table. Manager came to the table and chatted with me for a few minutes and made me feel like I was at home. I explained that I was not from the area from Texas and on my way home I asked him if the chain had stores in my area ,unfortunately not at this time, he gave me a suggestion for fuel and wished me a safe trip back home. I will recommend this location to anyone if I can give it 10+ stars I would.
