was in town for a few days visiting my grandmother in the hospital, and this spot was right down the street. The first night I ordered the turkey burger and the cheesesteak egg rolls — the egg rolls were so good. I wasn’t a big fan of the turkey burger, but it didn’t stop me from going back the next night. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and the egg rolls again, and they did not disappoint.
Customer service was amazing, the place was very clean, and even though I went close to closing, everything was still fresh. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I recently ordered the 2025 Family Tailgate Pack ($30.99) and a Steakburger, but unfortunately, the meal really missed the mark. While the variety on the menu looks great in advertisements, the actual food quality didn’t live up to the hype.
• The Family Tailgate Pack: We tried both the WNB Mild and Hot sauces. While the wings were cooked fine, the “wow factor” and depth of flavor just weren’t there. It felt flat compared to how the brand is marketed.
• The Sides: We had a mix of French fries, fried pickles, and paid an upcharge for onion rings. They were okay, but nothing stood out as premium or freshly made.
• The Steakburger ($8.99): I ordered a single beef patty as a lettuce wrap with mayo (no cheese). The execution was underwhelming—the burger lacked seasoning, and for the price point, I expected a much higher quality of protein.
I was really looking forward to this meal, but the “advertised taste” was nowhere to be found. It’s a bit overpriced for the quality of food we received. I hope the kitchen can work on their seasoning and consistency, as the concept is good, but the execution is currently lacking.

The wings were top tier, especially the Honey Garlic. The burger was well-flavored and clearly made from good quality meat. And the service was incredibly friendly and helpful! They’ve got a LOT of combos and options for you to choose from.

Just ate for the first time at WNB Factory. My husband and I were in the mood for a burger and fries so that’s all we ate, but the food looked as good as it does on the menu, which is hardly ever the case with takeout food. Burgers were big and juicy and the fries were nice and thick. Will definitely be back! Glad this is now a choice for when we want to grab food to-go instead of cooking.

We tried this for the first time. The wings (Thai chili) were very good and had plenty of sauce. The Korean BBQ burger, we chose a single, was also delicious with ample sauce. The cheese on the burger was a cheese sauce, not actual cheese. Both sauces were a little Spicer than the same flavor at other local restaurants. The fries need a little more time in the fryer, but we’re okay. Not pictured, we also tried a large cookie . It was just okay, but was made and packaged by another retailer. We will go again as there were many menu options.

My wife & I were looking for something to eat. We were about to pass by this location. Instead we decided to stop in for the 1st time ever. The inside looked really inviting. The menus on the wall behind the counter clearly displayed the variety of food & drink offerings available. We were greeted by a very warm & pleasant young server who took our order. He later told me he goes by “KB”. With a patient & amiable demeanor he walked us through the wide variety of offerings, all the while kindly answering all of our questions. He was a very pleasant young man. You might consider using him as the face of your company in this area. The food was great! The fries will make us come back for more. The Ranch dry rub made me want to lick her fingers (but she wasn’t having it)..! We will definitely eat there again.

The wings were absolutely delicious. I got the lemon pepper. The wings were crispy, fresh, and had great flavor. My son had the burger and he said it’s one of the best burgers he’s tasted. The fries were good. Definitely will be back

I literally just left here about 20mins ago. I got the Thai chilli wings. I requested for them to be crispy. Not only they wasn’t crispy they were not done all the way and very little sauce as you can see. Both the owners were sitting there on their laptop. When you have a new business you need to be sure the front and the back of the house is doing things correctly. Also they charge for blu cheese and ranch.
