I am sorry but I am here to complain! I used to come to your location weekly for lunches, for work. However, over the last few months the quality of the food has gone down. The salads have had poor ingredients, dry chicken and yesterday was the last straw. The salad had slimy cucumbers and expired lettuce. I also ordered chili fries and the fries were hard and there was little to no chili/cheese. Very disappointed in the food quality!

Went inside and just a few tables were occupied. Placed my order watched for 30+ mins as door dash meals took precedence over seated customers waiting for their orders. All I ordered was scrambled eggs, sausage links and toast. Very simple. Finally had enough, put my coat on and left. Never going back to this restaurant again.

Hair in my food, no refill on $3 coffee asked until after bill placed on table, hashround on remade food were sour tasting, ham was lunch meat, years of hand dirt on booths easily seen sitting at the table, floor dirty ….. place should not be dirty, little a lone at 9am either. Manager took $6 off my bill, but food was still left on the table. No thank you and good luck fixing the issues.

The food looked better than it was, except the nachos they were supposed to be a supreme but it’s totally different than the website. You could tell there was no care or respect for quality in it. The French Toast had no flavor it was just bread and egg. The eggs and hash brown’s had no flavor whatsoever . All together it was way to expensive for what I got, and I expected better but it was terrible.

Hair in the good. Little to no service. Two to breakfast is cost $20 after they gave us a seven dollar discount. Neither one of us could eat it. Stay clear or check your food for hair.

I door dashed my spouse a quart of chicken noodle soup because he’s sick hence why we door dashed it, It gets here and the chicken looks like red/brown and broth looks like beef, smells a little off. My spouse said it made him feel sick looking at it, I order chicken noodle soup all the time from here and it is not right…called Leo’s and the lady who answered said she bagged my order and there wasn’t anything wrong it it and the door dasher must’ve messed with my food. The lady at leaos who answered the phone was very rude, blamed door dasher for messing with my food and I questioned why would they do that & how? She said I could drive there to have it replaced I said my husband won’t eat it if I brought it could I get a refund? She said no only a replacement and I have to go through door dash for refund. Neither one of us will eat this, nor order chicken noodle soup or any food for that matter from this facility any longer. I door dashed for a reason, to not leave the house and avoid contact, can’t be refunded but now I have to contact door dash to get a refund? She told me that the door dasher must’ve messed with the food when the meat is clearly bad? It didn’t look tampered with one bit… I do not think door dash messed with anything, but they wouldn’t take blame for spoiled food.
