When I first walked in, there was a noticeable smell of vomit that really set the wrong tone. The self-order kiosks were asking me to sign in before ordering, skipped that and then at the end it just told us to goto the counter to order… Staff were polite and got the order out fairly quick, but the nuggets were stale yet warm. Overall, not the best first impression.

Pulled up at 10:30 to dine in and the door was locked when it clearly states lobby is open till 11pm. Asked the server if we can come in and she said no and stopped talking

Went thru the drive thru ordered 12 piece nugget & 2 large fries. Get halfway thru he fries and there’s a freaking fried bug in the middle. I call the mgr. and he shows no remorse whatsoever and didn’t even offer to replace the meal at a later time.

I was really disappointed with the Filet-o-Fish. It used to be my go-to choice back in the day, but after eating less fast food and wanting to avoid spending over five dollars on a sandwich, it had been a while since I last had it. I was stunned to open the box and find that the sandwich looked like it belonged in my daughter’s Happy Meal. Unless you’re just going for fries I say skip

Drive-thru attendant nice and pleasant, order was wrong and missing items, however called to let them know about the mistake and Trinity made sure the order would be made right and replaced on next visit.

Ordered online to avoid the wait in the morning and not be late for work.
30min later I arrive and they told me to wait at the 3rd window. Waited almost 10 more minutes and I had to leave to not be late for work.
They didn’t say it would be out shortly or it would be this much longer…. nothing. Poor manager ethics to communicate. Will I get refunded for this?
