Staff is always friendly here. Food is good, but I do notice sometimes my vinaigrette has a different taste(spoiled/color looks off). This location is definitely one of the cleanest locations in the area.

ZERO STARS!!!! This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. Possibly even the worst restaurant I’ve been to. The staff was rude and just stared at me like I was bothering them just being in the building. Half of the ingredients were empty and the ones I did get were dried up and scraped off the sides of the containers. I watched an employee take temperatures of the food but they tricked the thermometer into reading the right numbers by touching the tip to the metal on the bottom. The food was barely warm, the eating area was disgusting, I wasn’t able to get half the ingredients I wanted and the others I did get were crusty. I almost turned away other people walking in and I will never return but I may call the health department.

Well this was my first time eating in this place .it was ok until I got my food and went to sit down !wow it wasn’t clean at all !I am disappointed because this restaurant just opened in Stratford and I expected more!I had a chicken fajita and a beef bowl with soda and it was ok. the staff was chatting between themselves .when it is slow they need to wipe down and clean especially because of covid and other viruses going around ! I would order there again but not sit in I would take it home to eat!they must do better!!!

I used to really like the food here and thought it was a welcome higher end alternative to Taco Bell.
But lately, I’m sorry to say things have gone downhill at this location.
They used to stuff the burritos so full they’d need extra foil to wrap it to go. The last few visits they have really skimped on the meat and sometimes it looks like it’s been out for too long (not fresh). Of course it’s more expensive due to inflation. Last year’s burrito would last me two meals, but now the size has almost halved.
Also, the staff is not particularly caring and the place was not clean at all.
It’s still very busy there, so perhaps the managers feel they can rest on their laurels, but this is one customer who will probably look elsewhere for some good Mexican food.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been to in the states lol. Stopped in for a quick bite. First of all the front door is broken so you have to walk or drive around the to the back door.. okay fine. I enter the back and pop into the bathroom quick and get hit with the most ungodly smell. Lifting up the toilet seat I realize that human feces is splattered on the back of the bowl and all over the underside of the seat. There’s no soap to wash your hands and it appeared that someone had shaved their beard and left it all over the sink. Gross.
I go to order the food and notice that the glass partition looks blurry and has bean juice splattered all over, like it hasn’t been cleaned all day… except it was 11:30am..
I look past the 5 employees just standing there looking out and see that the grill behind them is absolutely CAKED in black charred meat residue?? Like they didn’t even bother to try and dissolve it with cleaner or even lemon juice and scrape it off.
The floor is covered in food and streaks of old dried liquid.. the tables and seats are covered in scraps of food. It took us a minute to find a table that wasn’t dirty. We finish the meal and check this.. no trash bags in the bin, so patrons started to stack their trash where you would stack trays.
On the way out we notice MOLD growing on all the drink machine dispensers.. mold. I had to snap a pic, see attached. Last but not least, we followed a trail of old garbage juice out the back door that is now the main entrance.
SOS avoid this spot at all costs..

Worst experience with Chipotle everytime they have some issues. this time they gave us rice without cooked they mentioned that it’s hot rice but those were not cooked. Sometime they don’t have fajitas or sometime they don’t have enough gauc.

Worst Chipotle site I have visited. Beans and steak were dried and rice undercooked. Both my girlfriend and I had upset stomachs for days. Won’t be going back to any Chipotle. Place was filthy and lacked the proper upkeep.

8/22/25 3:30pm Whatever heavier set young girl with glasses and long braids needs an attitude adjustment. Not only was the online pickup order not on the shelf ten minutes after the assigned time, but this staff member (not wearing a name tag) was extremely rude. She asked for my name, I told her my last name twice and both times she said there was no order. I asked “You don’t do it by last name?” She finally asked for a first name, I gave it to her, and when she came back, she stopped short so I had to walk the five feet to her. With an attitude she said, “It says ‘Alex L'” and I said, “You didn’t ask for a first name” and left. If there was better communication to start with, there wouldn’t have been an issue.
The rice for both meals were undercooked and there was barely any carnitas. Bad food and bad service isn’t worth the time or money.
