When did Good Times become Freddy’s or Steak & Shake? I’m pucky about what fast food I eat, and ive always enjoyed the thicker and juicer burgers from GT. I don’t eat Freddy’s or S&S because their thin patties are always dry. Who do I talk to about starting a false advertising claim against GT for this deception?

Ordered a west slope burger combo with onion rings and got a patty on a slider bun slathered in dressing and crinkle cut fries. The lady in the drive through slammed the door open and shoved the food in my direction, didn’t say a word to me and slammed the door shut when I grabbed the food. Good Times is usually good all around but I’m just upset I paid $14 for $3 worth of slop shoved in my face. For any managers, this happened at 3:45 on 12/21. The yound lady who took my card was nice at least.

I’ve never been so sad in my life to receive ice cream. We paid 16 dollars for two small spoonbenders that were half full and not satisfying at all. I stopped at 711 on the way home to get some decent ice cream.

Im so disappointed. Just went to Good Times and spent 70 dollars. Ordered 3 meals with fries so I asked for Wild Sauce and was told my the rude rude snotty manager Carlos that I was only allowed one and would be charged for more. Make this make sense. So me and two other people should share one cup across three fries? I’m positive that we should have been allowed one per meal at the very least and then be charged for more. Saddening that with this large of order we get one cup of sauce with it . Carlos should probably take a few customer service classes. I will say the lady in the drive thru was very polite and even tried to reason with him and he would not listen and then followed her and watched her like a hawk to make sure she only gave me one. He’s the wild sauce police!

Burgers were super cold this wasn’t just got cold driving home cold this was cold. Fries were good but AGAIN we did not receive our wild sauce. Idk why it’s so hard to get wild sauce at this location. The employees act like it’s a huge inconvenience when you ask for it and then almost never put it in the bag. It’s on the receipt but not in the bag most of the time I think to look and have to ask for it again before driving off only for the employee to act like someone just kicked their puppy when i do ask. This time forgot to look and make sure that they put it in. To get a block away and see they didnt give me the wild sauce again. Soda tasted bad not sure what that taste was but couldn’t finish the drinks. Maybe clean your machine.

I’ve been to this particular Good Times location more than 50 times over the years. I won’t be back for a burger any time soon. They went from the best fast food patty to the most paper thin, burnt patty I’ve ever had. Please adjust the price rather than skimp on what makes you great Good Times!

Will never eat here at this location again. Not only did I stand in the cold at the window while the employees waved at me, got his phone out, checked it, but never came to window. I waited long enough that the app downloaded on my phone while I stood there. Then order the food went back to the window to make sure my order went through and watched the same employee that waved at me have only one glove on and as I watched him thinking please don’t touch any food with that other hand or put on a glove, well he didn’t. Then pulled all the buns out with the hand with no glove the veggies and took the burger patty off the counter top off of some plastic. Then he bagged up the order the whole time waiting for someone to come to the window and be like dude just made all the food with only one glove and touched all the food and his phone with the one hand that had no glove. Well the food he bagged up was mine and I was like nope went and told my husband then he was like nope. We went to get our money back cause neither was going to eat it. The sack was still stapled. The older employee told me I lied and I needed proof knowing I stood there the entire time. So I was like, see this picture of this bag in his hand no glove the hand by his side there is the glove. Then he told me I needed to send him the pictures to his cell phone like I was going to send him something so he could have my number. But here is the employee with only one glove, and my order in his hand waiting on the young female employee to get my fries. She was the only one that i watched do anything by the book while standing there. She was the only one I watch clean an area put gloves on she should definitely be over the two there.
