Waited 15min in the parking lot after drive thru orders, with 7 other cars, waiting for food.
Eventually walked inside to get my order and saw a young female employee repeatedly wipe her nose with the back of her hand while working the register, then walk back and immediately start bagging people’s food.

I left without picking up my food and will no longer come here.

I ordered at 11:40 and it didnt get my food until 12:24 and multiple people who ordered after me got their food first and they didnt even start on my order until I said something and still messed it up. I asked for a large strawberry bannana smoothie and a spicy mcrispy but they gave me a small strawberry bannana smoothie and a normal mccrispy

I am a customer at this McDonald’s branch, and I witnessed a very disturbing and unacceptable incident involving the staff. I personally saw a male staff member lock a male customer inside the restroom. While loud banging could be heard from inside the restroom for about a minute, the same male staff member casually walked past the door and was visibly smiling, showing no concern for the customer trapped inside, as if he found the situation amusing.

The door was eventually unlocked by the same male staff member along with a female staff member. The customer was visibly upset, yet the male staff member did not apologize at all and continued to appear entertained by what he had done. This was clearly not an accident and came across as intentional harassment and bullying of a customer.

This level of behavior is completely unacceptable for any workplace, especially a global brand like McDonald’s. Locking a customer inside a restroom is a serious safety issue, and the lack of accountability from both staff members involved is alarming.

Management seriously needs to address this incident, retrain their staff, and ensure that customers are treated with basic respect and dignity. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning to this branch.

Much better now that they’ve renovated. There’s a relaxed atmosphere and the server was pleasant. Maybe people don’t know that the restaurant reopened or we got there at 5 on a Saturday, but it was not crazy busy like it can be.

The kiosk are not operating yet, but you can still order with the app. I find that this makes it easier to manage ordering for multiple people who are indecisive or particular! I’m not rushed because I’m on my phone instead of in a line where people are behind me! 😉

The lady named Elizabeth was so rude and disrespectful to me. I know it was rush hour but it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my order, I think thats pretty ridiculous for a happy meal.

Honestly had a very frustrating experience in this McDonalds. All a wanted was a simple double cheeseburger no pickle no mustard but clearly that was too hard to follow. I had to go back twice because the burger was wrong first time with mustard and pickles and the second time they put extra pickles. I HATE PICKLES so that really just set me off. Won’t be going back. Customers wants are clearly disregarded

Went through the drive-thru to pick up breakfast and was sent to wait in the parking lot. Bag of food was missing items and utensils. Called multiple times to get a refund of just the items that were missing (they were on the receipt) but nobody would pick up.

I waited 30 minutes for my order and the server in the yellow shirt was throwing people’s orders in the bag and throwing the cups and straws on the counter. We’re not beggers , we are your customers. If you’re not happy with your job, don’t take it out on the customers. Work somewhere else. So disrespectful.

This lady named Elizabeth took our order and first, did not give a receipt. Secondly, she gave bad costumer service as she gave my friend and I attitude. We both waited over 30 minutes to receive our food. Additionally, we complained twice, asking for our food once and got told we needed to wait. However, we had told them we waited 30 minutes already. We had to ask again for our food to the manager as we were already waiting more than we should. Why should we have to complain twice to receive the food that we paid for? We may have been treated such a way because we are teenagers. Regardless, this should not be happening towards anyone. This behavior is immature and unacceptable, please do better on training your employees.
