Placed and online order for drinks only. I stood in line for 15 minutes and was told they would start on my order. I had placed the oder 25 minutes prior. Why order ahead if they’re going to wait until I get there to make my drinks? In addition, I absolutely hate that they don’t read. Easy ice means easy ice, not pour however much ice you want. Extra sea cream means extra sea cream, not regular cream. Really, how difficult is to make these drinks?

I ordered some wings and an order of beef fried rice. All I can say that the wings were great, but the fried rice was very disappointing. It had too much garlic (I love garlic) but it was to the point that I almost threw up. $13.00 gone to waste. Never again with I order the rice

First time at this restaurant and order the Sriracha fries with filet mignon. It was $14+ almost 15 dollars. For that price it should be fantastic but it was not. They chop the meat into bits and it was overcooked and burnt with no flavorat all…never again. The plus side was the drinks were delicious, but the majority of food on the menu is way overpriced .

I love hiccups and the food here. Quality is consistent, great customer service (I’ve gone to their Paramount location as well) very cozy minimalist and modern. With metal chairs, cushioned wall benches and a long bar with tall stools. I’ve tried their Pho, popcorn chicken, cajun fries, calamari, and their Pad Thai. The portions are more than enough for 2 people to eat. As far as drinks I love their Strawberry lemonade and hot chocolate. I’ve brought my 7 year old cousin and she loves it; I actually have to hide when I’ve gone without her lol the only thing I dont like which is why I dont give full 5 stars is that BOTH locations have in common its supremely cold to the point I dont like to eat there I will always take it to go.

We found this restaurant on Google , the business closing hours for Saturday on Google said 11p.m. We got there at 10pm were in line for about 5minutes and then the person at the register told our party that “Guys, we are closed. She is my last customer, sorry” I said we came because your business hours on Google said your open until 11pm today. His response was ” The business hours are in front on the glass and today we close at 10pm” Rude! How are customers “googling” your restaurant for the first time whom aren’t from the area are supposed to know your Google hours are the correct one. By the way, next time your business is “closed” lock your door!!!

Lame, if you order online and have an account with them…why the Convenience FEE of 1.25?..They should pay me for buying stuff from them or at least give a Discount, Points or Rewards or something like that. Will not be coming back. I’m not even going to mention what I bought from them…last time. Thanks guys….
