Fries so salty and soggy I asked for a remake while getting ready to eat the cheeseburger. Cheeseburger was barely warm, not sure how that was possible but when I saw the center of the patty I knew how it was possible. Threw $20 in the trash and left. Not going back. Just a shame.

First time having Five Guys Burgers and fries and it was great! The burgers are good but the fries are even better!!! The staff was pleasant and everything was good! I regularly get the Grilled Cheese with a patty at various locations. This was time was different it absolutely slapped. Best I’ve every had from 5 guys. Patrick and the cook working with him are all stars in both food and customer service. Give them both hefty raises.

Nothing like receiving that brown paper bag, half full of fries and weighted to please. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, one thing I asked for no mustard even printed on the ticket, and I still received a burger with mustard. It’s not enough to ruin my experience. I just need to look at my burger next time before I pull away. Love it when I see those grease spots on the bag. That means it’s magic inside.

I used to love this place. Sizes of fries changed apparently. Ordered pick up for 1 regular sized Cajun fry. It was ready on time however the bag was VERY light when I looked in it there was a small bag of fries a little over halfway full and a a handful in the bag. When I went to the counter and asked if it was a regular bag the guy said and there should be fries at the bottom. Figured it wasn’t worth the argument at this point. Went to the car, took a better look, had 2 handfuls of fries for almost 8 dollars. I won’t be going back.

This was my first time going to Five Guys. The girl behind the counter saw my confusion I think and broke down the whole menu (there was no line) for me and told me about the size of the burgers. I went with a “Little Bacon Cheeseburger” with just about everything on it other than tomatoes. It was a great burger! Not little at all. The lettuce was super crisp. They spread the sauces out over the whole bun. I actually saw the girl rearranging the pickles to get them just right while she cooked the burger. I highly recommend getting a burger here. So much better quality than normal fast food.
