The atmosphere was very welcoming & classy. We went during restaurant week & ALL of the food was delicious. The surf n turn was juicy and tender. Husband had the Ahi Tuna- medium & it was tender & melted in his mouth. Deserts were very good as well. Our server – Heather- was soo nice and very knowledgeable, made us feel welcome. The hosts were welcoming as well. Recommended for a nice celebratory dinner/ night out.

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary here at Nantucket and could not have chosen a better restaurant for the occasion. The entire staff was phenomenal, the food was great quality, and everything was arranged beautifully. Overall one of the best restaurant experiences we have had here in Greenville! The best in fine dining. From the beginning to the very end, everything was excellent. The Best calamari ever. The absolute best shrimp and grits, hands down and the best Arnold Palmer. The best salad we’ve ever eaten as the lettuce was very crisp and the restaurant was stunning. We watch people ice skate right outside the window. Truly an amazing way to celebrate my birthday!

Wonderful atmosphere. Wait staff was on the spot and the food was amazing. I had the surf and turf. Steak was perfectly cooked and that lobster! Still thinking about it. Garlic mashed potatoes were on point. We had mentioned to the front house manager that I was from a land locked state and she brought some she crab soup out to try, with and without sherry. I will definitely have she crab soup again! Superheroes of service at Rick Erwin’s for sure!

Ingredients were high quality but there was nothing to make the dishes special. Steak sat in its own sad corner of the plate, dry with no sauce to dip in. Same could be said about the sautéed veggies. Seemed like a place an older aged crowd was interested in.

Went here for the first time tonight for our anniversary. The experience was top notch. The food was amazing! My wife had the surf and turf and the steak was cooked perfectly and the crab cake was very tasty. I had some of the best scallops I have ever eaten. The dessert selection was very good as well. Even though the food was great, what made the experience so memorable is the service that was provided by everyone we came in contact with. We told them it was our anniversary and everyone from the hostess to the manager came by to tell us happy anniversary and our server Alana gave us a free dessert. To make the dinner even better, the staff even gave us an anniversary card – actions like that make me a raving fan of the restaurant and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks for a restaurant downtown Greenville
