My issue was not with the food because the shrimp tostada was really good. I was not happy with ordering on the app. I had put in my order on the app. and upon checkout it had a $5.00 off coupon (or so I thought). I decided to use it and it was applied to my order. Looking later to see my reward point balance it had 6500 points taken off for the $ 5.00 coupon. It should have notified me when checking out that i was using reward points and not an actual promotional coupon. Not happy about that.

The restaurant was clean and the employees were polite and helpful. One employee was wiping down the salsa bar donut was freshly cleaned and stocked. I ordered the Double Chicken avocado salad. The salad is an excellent choice for anyone travelling who wants to get a fast food meal that isn’t a nutritional nuclear bomb. It’s filling and still keeps you on the good side of your dietary needs. One of my favorite items is the avocado salsa. It’s fresh tasting with the satisfyingly unctuous avocado and the crisp crunch of onions adding a mild bite to the tangy citrus flavor. It’s a must try.

Ordered 6 tacos. 6/6 tacos were not tacos.. they fell apart. Rather had been served six tacos worth of meat/cilantro/onion wrapped up in a single foil square with no shredded corn/tortillas at all… and handed a fork…..
the picture below was the only one to hold a shape. dry as well cause using sauce with them would of been a joke….

Ordered 40+ dollars in food. they asked me what salsa I wanted and gave none. The fountain drinks didn’t work right at all, and only 4 chips were put with our taco meals. I do not recommend going to this el pollo loco very sad!
