Did the order app . Went in and waited 25 minutes. . Then we were told we had to go through the drive through. Went through the drive-thru after another 15 minutes waiting we were told pull forward into A reserved parking spot . 47 minutes later from when we first ordered we got our food and our order was wrong !. Well our meals were supposed to be medium size and it was all small drinks and fries . The fries where cold to the touch and they forgot a sandwich and to top it off looking at the receipt we didn’t get our 20% off like it said on the app . Truthfully this McDonald’s is horrible. SERVICE SUCKS and if you complain there’s never a manager to speak to ! Tear it down and put in a restaurant or fast food that has better food with better prices and better service. !!!

Be prepared to wait. They have to butcher the chickens, find the fish, and kill the cow…never ever go in a hurry….wait time for food is anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour on any given day. Its pathetic! Foods good! It just takes a small eternity!

Ordered NO CHEESE, they put 3x cheese slices in it. Went back in to get it corrected, now they gave me just beef and bun. I mean seriously, don’t run a business if you can’t fulfill the most easiest tasks.
Hire people can read and have pride on their work, not people who is laughing and giggling in the back, slow rolling everything while 20+ vehicle lined up outside waiting for their orders.

Coming here, expect curbside and drive thru service to be slow and mainly kiosk only while inside unless on the off chance a worker walks by the register. Managers are rude and unfriendly but will usually err to the customer always being right, so that may be a plus. Food is what you’d expect of McDonalds if you want 5 star go elsewhere. The parking lot sucks as the drive-thru line wraps around the building and, most times, out to the street, blocking parking spots except on the north side of the building.
