My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here, and it was amazing. There was no wait. All of the staff was super friendly. The food was on point. I had the texas fajitas, and my wife had the street tacos, and we shared the queso.

Chips and salsa were great. Prices are cheap and the food is good.

The service was extremely slow and nothing more than mediocre. The staff was polite, but our server forgot about our table constantly. The food was definitely not great, and tasted as if it was microwaved and made with cheap ingredients. I would not recommend if you’re looking for your next mexican spot when visiting Big Canoe.

The blonde lady sat us down as soon as we walked it and asked us what we wanted to drink. Someone else brought us some chips and salsa. The Blonde lady proceeded to sit 2 other groups down, and bring them drinks….we still had no drinks. Then the other 2 parties had thier order taken. After over 15 mins of sitting there, the blonde lady asked us if we wanted something to drink….yeah, the ones we ordered 15 mins ago. I said I think we are just going to leave since we were not being waited on and other people have been, her response “ok. Do whatever you want”. As we walked out, the lady who brought us chips actually said sorry. Not her fault, she did HER JOB. won’t be returning.

Loved this place. The margarita was delicious and the food was as perfect as you can get. We had a nice day for sitting outside and the restaurant is in a very pretty part of Georgia. A co-worker lives nearby and treated us to this gem of a Mexican restaurant, that I highly recommend…if you can find it.

Stopped in for dinner. No wait. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. I had shrimp fajitas. My honey had enchiladas burrito and soft shell taco. Sweetheart. Everything was top tier! Thank you for being a part of our mini vacation

We stopped at this Mexican restaurant on our way to Big Canoe for the weekend. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chips and salsa were crisp and not overly salty, and the salsa had just the right amount of kick. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to make great recommendations from the menu. Everything came out hot and in good time, which made the stop efficient without feeling rushed.

Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, this was a fantastic find — highly recommended if you’re traveling to or from Big Canoe and craving authentic Mexican cuisine.

Great atmosphere, the owner was very personable and attentive. The tacos were very good. Full-service bar separated from the rest of the dining area, which is nice. You can go in with the family, or go in to watch the game. It’s a short drive from Cumming and Jasper, but well worth the scenic side route to get out of traffic and enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. I highly recommend this place to add to your dining routine.

Chips were amazing! Thin and crispy and the salsa was great. Fajitas were good and so were the hot tamales; yes, they have tamales! Their rice was cooked just right, I wish I would have ordered the queso as our friend said it was delicious. Margaritas were a little inconsistent but still tasty.

The chips and salsa were great but the rest of our meals were very luck luster at best! My California Fajita was dry and was not seasoned! The ground beef in my kids chimichangas was dry and overcooked! But the one saving grace was my wives Santa fe chicken was delicious! Hopefully, we’ll try it again in hopes of having a better result.
