This is our second time visiting. I wish I took pictures before we dived in both times. The ramen happy hour is such a great deal! All the ramen, soup or dry is yummy. I have tried their house, tonkotsu, and mama. I also enjoy the truffle flavor noodle. All the toppings are great. The soft boiled egg is full of flavor. The ramen soup tastes like they were made in house with real ingredients and love. I don’t have to wonder if the food was thrown together with something instant and make presentable. The taro chip was so unique especially when made fresh. They go so well with the salmon poke. Cheesecake desserts were both great. Our party was pretty much half and half so we couldn’t decide which one was the winner. The service was attentive. They even packed my leftovers and wrapped the soup so they won’t leak. Most restaurants don’t even bother. I try not to have too much carb in my diet. I will certainly come here if I want to indulge. Kids had fun doodling at the large drawing board. My daughter even wrote “ ramen so yummy believe me!”

Great experience! I went Thursday night and enjoyed the Beer special along with some complementary house pickles which were very tasty (sweet and sour)! I ordered Tonkotsu with Pork Belly and it was delicious! Tuesdays are BOGO half off I was told and they have a happy hour.

Love the food amd atmosphere. Its chill and relaxing and you can easily have a conversation with people since there isn’t loud music! The ramen has great flavor that lingers, i like the tonkasu with extra pork belly, the dessert is amazing especially the cheese cake! My new favorite is the new chicken on top of kale chips, a great low carb option at a ramen restaurant.

When I heard about the $10 Ramen happy hour from 5pm to 6pm, I had to bring the family and check it out.
For ten dollars you get a huge bowl of excellent ramen – with broth or dry – plus your choice of meat. We tried the brisket, ribs, and pork belly – all three fantastic!
This place is wonderful! Food, service, and atmosphere was all top notch. Everyone had leftovers, aside from my teenage son, who is an eating machine. We all loves it, too. One bowl might be big enough to share for a lot of people. Our toddlers shared a bowl, loved it, and still ended up taking some home.
Waitress was friendly and kind. Packed our leftovers for us, packing broth and noodles separately, so everything stayed fresh and good. She labeled and even decorated the boxes. So nice!
We’ll be back, for sure. New favorite restaurant! Highly recommend! Loved it!

This place is Amazing! Big portions of the original ramen. Brisket, pork belly, grilled chicken and short ribs were all super tasty. Everyone was so nice and explained the options.
Finished off with the steamed cheesecakes that just melts in your mouth. Can’t wait to try the tonkatsu next!

Tried the pot stickers, short rib, tonkotsu ramen, and cheesecake. All were delicious and fairly priced. The pot stickers were crisp on the outside and flavorful on the inside. Short ribs were super tender and melted in my mouth. Ramen wasn’t too salty like other chain resturants; it had a comfortable umami taste that stuck around long after the first bite. Cheesecake was delicious too, with strawberry and a coffee flavor that added to the whole thing.

Came here during soft opening. Location is great! Plenty of parking right in front. There’s also a free parking garage just a short walk away. For just being opened, I was really impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive. You can order at the bar or at the kiosk. They have a limited menu during soft opening. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend the Mama Ramen, packed full of flavor, you’ll want to drink all the broth. Also, according to my son, the potstickers are the best he’s ever had. Must get the grilled short ribs that come with super addictive pickles. My salmon poke bowl had a huge serving of fresh salmon. Big plus too, they serve alcohol. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

My husband and I had the chance to make Ramen Belly’s soft opening with a limited menu and it did not disappoint one bit!! It was busy, but easy to find parking nearby. We were greeted right in the door and ordered quickly. We had the yummy shrimp & short ribs apps, before moving on to a brisket ramen and pork belly aburra ramen for our main dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious! The brisket and pork belly literally fell apart when we picked it up. Flavors in the apps and main dishes were rich, well balanced, and all the food came out promptly and hot!
The service staff was attentive and very accommodating. Management was excellent and super friendly, even stopped by for a chat. We loved our first experience at Ramen Belly! We are very excited for them to be a part of the Downtown Plano area we love so much and can’t wait to go back for the full menu experience! 10/10 recommend!

Appetizers – summer salmon salad (that’s a tongue twister) & karaage with choices of dipping sauce & either kale or taro chips with parmesan. The karaage really didn’t need any sauce, tasted fine by itself. The taro chips were quite addictive, good for scooping the salad.
Miso ramen broth was not too creamy; pork belly was a little bit on the leaner side. Abura ramen (brothless) is a nice option during hot weather – ginger garlic sauce gave the noodles good flavor since it’s broth-less & the noodles weren’t drenched; the tonkatsu had a nice crisp. Other sauce & protein options available as well. Will try other menu items next time!

A family member’s orchestra played nearby and afterwards, we decided to try Ramen Belly for dinner. It was very very good. We tried 2 tonkotsu ramen. One with pork belly and the one with tonkotsu. I also tried the soup-less ramen noodles. It was a creamy garlic flavor. At first I thought the portions looked small but it was actually more filling than I expected. The service was top notch. They were very attentive to all our needs. I also noticed that their prices are more reasonable than when the place first opened. Anyways we really liked our experience and will likely bring the extended family along to try out more.
