The lady that was working was sweet. My wife and I went in at 3:50 pm and she greeted us with a friendly smile and was patient when we were trying to decide what we wanted. She was also really attentive and sweet when she was making our sandwich. She definitely deserves a raise for the work she does. High praise from my wife and I.

I ordered Subway through door dash and when it was dropped off the chips I ordered were not in the bag. I text the driver and he said the bag was sealed and he never saw what was in the bag. He said to call Subway. I did the woman on the phone said to come in and get the chips. When I was able to go later that day she wasn’t there and the Manager said no one told him about it. Basically saying I was lying and when I explained what happened he said door dash would never say call Subway. He eventually said I could have the chips but next time he would not do it. I basically said there wouldn’t be a next and left without the chips. He was rude and condescending. I’m a 66 year old man that has been gainfully employed for over 40 years I have no reason to lie about a bag of chips. I know race is a touchy subject these days and I hate to even bring it up but I can’t think of any other reason he was that disrespectful and dismissive. Needless to say I will never give that Subway any more business.

The bread was so stale and chewy im pretty sure i dislocated my jaw trying to eat it. The cookies we got melted together because they werent separated when warmed up. Veggies were old. Im usually a fan of subway but first and last time ay this location. Better drive a mile up the road to the other one.

This is the second time ive came to this store and once again disappointing. I went ahead and did an online order for 2 sandwiches a elite chicken bacon & ranch and the beast sandwich. The chicken bacon tasted like tuna not chicken. I asked for additional sauces and customized the sub a bit than usual. I understand online orders can be a pain especially during a lunch rush but there should be no excuse when I used to be 5$ for a footlong and total comes out to 15$?? I understand its a premium sub so thats why its more but to order a premium sub and not have it customized the way I ORDERED IT??! Cmon!

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Each time I’ve gone in, the team is always friendly and efficient. I don’t recall the manager’s name, but she has been helpful the few times I’ve had problems with reloading my card or a new gift card purchase. I stopped in today after having trouble with reloading my card and buying a new one at a different location. She said their system would not allow the transfer I was hoping for (to correct the error in the amounts), that it was best to contact customer service. At least she had a good answer compared to the other location whose manager is hardly ever there.

Are you not wearing hair nets???? I’ve just found hair about as long as my arm in my footling sandwich. How revolting. This type of thing shouldn’t be happening if the staff is wearing hair protection, so obviously they aren’t. I hope a health inspector checks this place out. Disgusting.
