One thing I have noticed with this particular Starbucks is almost every hot matcha I have ordered (besides one) has had lots of chunks of matcha powder floating in it. They do not blend their matcha well at all compared to many other coffee shops in town which is a true shame because it frankly ruins the matcha. Proper matcha needs to be sifted and blended very well with hot water before adding in the streamed milk. STARBUCKS baristas please take note!
I also order a lot of breakfast sandwiches and egg bites from this location and I feel like they are always a little lukewarm in the center which has now made me really lose my taste for the Starbucks food options as a whole. They did recently have a truffle hot sauce and it was really good but unfortunately it was seasonal. I am now trying to support local and rarely go here. I do go in a pinch but I feel like Starbucks has generally gone down hill. I do think the baristas are always pretty friendly though, so I appreciate that.

Starbucks is always such a treat! The baristas are friendly, the drinks are consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I love stopping by whenever I need a little pick-me-up.

Great customer service and they always make my order just right! You may notice previous reviews mentioning customer service falling short, I can ASSURE you they have listened and made massive changes! They write happy little messages on your cup to make your day brighter, and always greet you with a smile and a hello! This morning I ordered my usual, the app said they were out of soy so I went with oat milk. Whoever made my drink remembered I usually order soy. They made me an oatmilk and a separate soy with the sweetest note explaining they had just got their order in and the soy was on them! That is above and beyond and I was so grateful! I’ve noticed major changes at this location with customer service over the last several months and it’s awesome! ☺️

The fact that there are no power outlets is a bit off putting. I brought my computer to get some work done but there was no where to plug it into. Other locations have power sockets available.

“Theo The Hero” is exactly what his name tag reads. He’s prepared all of the drinks in my three most recent orders (including a mobile order last week). He’s always busting out drinks when I arrive, yet still has time to keep his workstation clean and connect with customers. I order mobile app always, I live close and am able to get there pretty quick. EVERY TIME I am first in line, the attitude I receive about being there so quickly and the amount of time I am made to wait for my order as punishment is RIDICULOUS. Pretentious staff and will make me drive around again. They claim my order comes in after those that order after me in the drive thru, but when I pull up I confirm my order with them. It honestly is just a hissy fit that staff is throwing. And it is stupid.
