The food was fine, our server was honest and friendly but it took quite a while for the food to be served. Pretty view and it was quit and chill. Someone said “if we don’t get a check we’re just going to leave.” And then they did actually leave without paying. Another server came after him but I’m mmure what happened next. Pls send help 🙂

The staff are friendly and well-meaning, but clearly out of their depth, especially considering that we were one of three tables that occupied the room on Saturday night.
US: A group of 6 gals who made a reservation in advance, where the staff asked if we wanted separate checks? “Yes” sealed the appointment.
THEM: Friendly while bringing shrimp dish (which was a hit) as was the bread and butter (complimentary)- but the rest was undercooked (Power Bowl) and sun-par (salads). Orders were mixed, items missed entirely.
The drinks take some time b/c they are made in Eagles Nest Bar near resort entrance. Thanks to the bartender there with her green hair, we did eventually get the checks split, but it took nearly an hour after asking, with the server blaming technology and the manager promising time frames that were hopeless.
Had we been the type to dine & dash, it would’ve meant we were all home 45 mins. sooner.
I’d say it was an isolated incident, but this is my 2nd time wondering how restaurant staff at an upscale resort with a gorgeous view can be SO clueless. Dirty plates (all of them) remained at our table for the duration- even after mgr & server visited table many times to clarify who ordered what. We were gobsmacked, but persisted and tried to remain friendly

Seriously the best dinner I have had in prescott. First of all it is a beautiful place to have dinner and watch the beautiful sunset!!!
We got so much amazing food.
We had the pork belly as the appetizer and it was amazing, I highly recommend trying it with all of the sauces they put on the plate! My husband got the airline chicken, and oh my goodness it was fantastic. The chicken was moist and the veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The smashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve had in a while, and I love good potatoes!
I got the summer risotto… man I couldn’t stop eating it! It was so amazing! I barely had room for dessert. But we couldn’t leave without trying a few items off of that menu.
We ended up getting the mocha mud pie, which was just beautiful and so smooth. We also got the lemon and berry mascarpone cake. It was so light and refreshing for after such an amazing meal.
The staff were all awesome. Our server Ann was very punctual, the managers Mango and Tiffany stopped by to make sure everything was up to par and going well! Plus the chef was sending out some amazing dishes! Thank you to Mr. Greg for making our meal and cooking it with love and flavor.

Very convenient place to eat when staying at Prescott Resort. Beautiful view looking down into the valley. Not a bad table in the place. Ate lunch here for business. Basic lunch menu of salads and sandwiches. Vegetarian friendly as well which is a plus when you’re here for a conference and don’t have luxury of time to leave for another restaurant. Service was fantastic. Haven’t tried breakfast yet but hear they really have a great menu and it’s a must try.

Easter Brunch was fantastic and the food selections were amazing. Could of been more equal on ethnic service. We noticed more Caucasians were given nice glasses when served drinks and we were served in separate short child size glasses instead of the stemware others received. A little bias. In my opinion. My ice tea came with no ice, had to ask for ice it came served in a short glass. My bloody Mary was served in a regular cup while others came nicely garnish in stemware. That would be my only complaint.

Our Server, Andrew, was very personable and the food was great! The grey haired gentleman who greeted and seated us was very nice, too. The pork loin was the best we have ever tasted. The filet mignon was excellent, too. Great view!

Hot food (something that looked like a quinoa bowl) completely unremarkable, added chicken was bone dry and flavorless. Charcuterie board mediocre at best, meat taken out of a sliced meat package, cubed cheese. Service was first rate. This was our first visit so it might have just been an “off day.”

We had breakfast. The food was good. Not fancy, not too much to eat. The hostess and waitress were pleasant. Their menu is limited and a bit overpriced. Website menu does not match the in-house menu. Eggs Benedict was dreamed of but not available due to mismatched menus. Service was slow with very few people in restaurant. Better menu in the past, better flavors. I have hopes that they will resurrect the restaurant as I have pleasant memories of salmon Eggs Benedict that was to die for
