Stopped by tonight for a quick dinner on the way home. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food, which is no problem. After about 2 to 3 minutes, Gergard, the GM, Came out to explain to me what was taking so long, which I respected greatly, the reason for the wait and him coming out to tell me. Because of the wait, he offered to make up for my order which was greatly appreciated, and I accept the offer. At fast food establishments, it’s very Rare to come across customer service like this. Most places couldn’t care less and they will throw the food at you and walk away. Gerard, thank you. And DQ, Gerard cares about your establishment and your customers. Give that man a raise.

If you just so happen to have a craving for some DQ, you have GOT to go to the one in Hammond and see Gerard T.!! Hands down the best DQ we have been to!!
He was super welcoming and made us feel so at home!! Even though they were short staffed, his service (while training a newbie mind you) was superb! It’s hard to get that kind of service and atmosphere in any fast food place, but he pulled it off!!

Hammond, La drive- through: 10/7/2024. They got almost our entire order wrong. My “We don’t make cherry chocolate blizzards” blizzard was vanilla ice cream with a few pieces of chocolate. The ‘cone cherry dip’ was solidified in the cup. I picked out what I could eat on my way to the doctor and took back what remained. The woman who id’d herself as Mgr side-stepped my complaints and a man that she said was Gen Mgr said I could not get a refund because I ate the ice cream. Had they acknowledged their mistake I would have been happy. Don’t bother to tell me you wish I would give you/them another chance and go back. Because I won’t. Not even on a bet would I go back.

Staff was great, super friendly and helpful with a couple in front of me who had a problem with mobile order. They even helped me with a blizzard flavor not on the menu. Great work Jamie and team!

Stopped for lunch while traveling through the state. The staff at this location appeared to be struggling. Missing items from our order, the toast was not good or properly toasted, among others. Some of the workers had inadequate customer skills. Also, the AC in the building was not working.

Nice place. But the service is slow. After 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask what was going on. They gave me a tray with my food and then followed me to the table because they needed the tray back. Word. The only toilet paper roll in the bathroom had needle marks and blood on it

I arrived about 3 PM on a Friday afternoon for a dip cone. I was greeted promptly when I walked in by a couple of employees. I was helped with the special on the app. My order arrived before I left the counter. Better than any experience I have ever had at a DQ. The dip cone was what I expected, but they knocked the service out of the park. It was a pleasure being there.
