Sunce when is this wheat bread equal to a regular? I wouldnt have ordered wheat if i was getting sandwhich bread. Disappointed, wont be back. Cant even tell them what you want on it because they blockef you from seeing your sandwich

I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the past couple years, a couple times a week for lunch. Not once have I had a wrong order or missing item. They always have my order ready to go when I arrive. The workers are all very nice and welcoming. The store is very clean and put together.

Would have been nice if they didn’t dump the croutons crumbs on my sandwich. Also, the delivery charge at first said $3 and then I was charged $4. $15 for a sandwich and a large drink. (The chips were free because I had a reward.)

The people at this location are always friendly and polite. However the handful of times I have requested delivery I have had to wait at least 40 minutes. When I contacted the store to check on the status I was told that they were really backed up, which is understandable, however they quickly reassured me my order was on the way and did not ask my name. I have currently been waiting almost an hour. I really want to continue using this JJs because I believe they are hard workers, but I do hope the timeliness of delivery improves.

Food is usually good, but not very consistent. Sometimes the bread is perfect and other times it’s overbaked and hard. Delivery is consistently late, sometimes 25-30 minutes. The food still usually hits the spot though!

I ordered two sandwiches, both as Wheat subs. Neither one of them were made with wheat sub bread. One was a BLT I paid $4 more for extra bacon on…. not only was there no extra bacon, I think it had LESS bacon than a regular BLT has. Two pathetic strips, and over-loaded with lettuce.
I also ordered one cut in half, it wasn’t.
I ordered these online, for pickup, so what i ordered was plainly spelled out and documented, and I ordered well ahead of time – 1 hour ahead. When I picked up my order, the lady was generally unfriendly, no “thank you have a nice day” or anything… and there were no other customers in the place so she was not busy.
The manager needs to keep an eye on the staff at this location. Some of them clearly do NOT bother trying to do their job right. I ordered ahead by an hour, everything I wanted was spelled out in text… and there were multiple mistakes with the order. Not a good experience, Jimmy Johns.

I love Jimmy Johns! The staff are nice. The location is convenient to those downtown but if you try to go during peak times and are driving there it can be difficult to find parking close by.

They take “freaky fast” to a new level! The staff are super nice and professional. This is my go-to JJ’s! However, they put WAYYYY too much ice in the cups. There was barely any soda in the large soda I got tonight. It was NOT worth the money by a long shot.

I have been a faithful and satisfied customer for over 4 years since I bought this house. Today something tasted sour on my sandwich and the manager argued with me about it telling me everything was fine. He offered to send another one just like the last one and of course umm no! I finally said ok send one without the avocado an lettuce as those seemed like the likely sour items. The replacement sandwich was good so it had to be the avocado spread or the lettuce. The manager arguing with me about it is unacceptable he acted like I just wanted a free sandwich
