I love it, the service and food was good. I went 3/3/2026. I went to Mt. Pleasant, Tx. They gave me Breast & wing. It’s was no dark meat at all. She told me The truck wouldnt be in until tomorrow 3/4/3026. I didnt get my validation code for filling out the survey, I think that’s not right. This was to get 2 pieces chicken w/ biscuit if you buy a large drink. That’s false advertising on the back of the receipt.

Wicked Pickle sandwich was good, sides were average. Wife said the Wicked pickles wings and lemonade were really good. The location was clean and the staff were super friendly, they left off part of our order but fixed it immediately. Decent location and Decent chicken, hadn’t eaten at a Popeyes in years and was satisfied with the food.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this is not the first time I have had this happen. The last three times I have been to this Popeyes, they were out of at least two items. Today they were out of three items. Mac and cheese, shrimp and spicy chicken. There is no reason that at 6:30 in the evening there should be things unavailable. The sign outside said shrimp baskets were available, and the person at the window said they no longer have them. Every employee in the place was on their phone, and sounded completely unenthusiastic about any part of their job. Unhappy experience.

The flavor was very good. This location, the chicken was a little bit greasy and there were almost no beans in my rice and beans. That said everything tasted great. We also use coupons.So got our meals at about half price.

I go yesterday to try yo buy a bucket of 16 pcs. This was inside store. My request is I am willing to paid any extra charge, for the wing substitution for drumstick. The person behind counter tell me she can do that because that “affect the inventory”. They affect the inventory because i don’t buy nothing. Go to the KFC, no problem what so ever. I drive and eat in different Popeye’s always make request of substitution and never be a denied or issues, i guess this is the first i don’t return back. Manager this happens around 13:45 for you info. Thank you!

This was the second time we decided to try the Popeyes in Mount Pleasant Tx. The first time we tried to eat inside the restaurant the doors were locked at 7pm. We were not even sure they were open because they had their sign turned off. The only way we knew they were open we saw cars in the drive through. Today we put in a mobile order the same thing the sign was off and doors were locked. I was asked to pull forward past the window there was already a car there if I would have parked behind them it would have blocked the pick up window so I pulled to the other side of the drive. When the order come out 30 minutes later the wamen told me next time to pull up past the window like she TOLD me to. I said I could not because there was a car already there. She was very rude. I said I would not be back. The food was good but the rude service will prevent me and my family from eating there again.

Every time we order from this restaurant, they are absolutely rude and mess up our order. All we order is a couple of chicken sandwiches WITHOUT PICKLES, and every time, they put the pickles on anyway and then say here when they hand them to us. Our fault for continuing to eat there. The other stores don’t act like this. We just have problems here—driving 45 minutes just to eat there. Tired of it. Won’t be back.

Rude and lazy front desk , out of items and acted like they couldn’t cook anymore. Had to ask if they were out or could cook some more because I had to wait on the chicken to cook . Love Popeyes not sure if they were under staff or just bad management.
