The website told me it would be 15mins. I was stuck in traffic for over 20 mins after ordering. When we arrived to pick it up,doors were locked and said we can only do drive thru, meanwhile to employee is just sitting in the computer chair spinning in circles. When we pulled up to the window 30 mins after ordering, the person at the window was kinda rude and then proceeded to tell us it was going to be about another 15 min…. Fine. Whatever I just wanted my pizza, I was getting hungry. We come home to open the pizza and it’s like 90% crust!! Count your days, pizza hut. Count your freaking dayyyssss

I ordered online and my food came pretty fast. Wish I could’ve given 4/5 stars but I feel like my order was rushed. The pizza was fine but my boneless chicken seemed to be the last of what they had left due to the chicken crumbs and lack of sauce.

Placed my order on my phone so I could pickup on my way home. Got stuck behind a wreck on the hwy but my pizza was nice & hot when I finally got there. Made & baked to perfection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

95 percent of the time the pizza is perfect!
But they said due to” just changing the doe over to fresh doe” my pizza was flat and didn’t rise properly. I feel like the over cooked it.
My on line order said it was at 8:12 but they pulled it from the oven at 8:20.
But they did give me a free pizza for next time..

Ordered through the app a pizza, some bread sticks, and a few sauces. They use DoorDash to deliver, so the guy brings me the pizza but nothin else. He’s nice enough to go back to the store to grab the missing items and turns out they’re “out of breadsticks” so I’m just SOL.
I call the store, takes me to a call center. Call center says they can give me a credit to DoorDash, but the store can give me a refund to the card. I don’t want a credit, I want a refund. So I hang up and try the store again, still get the call center. That girl answers the phone giggling and mumbling and says the same thing – credit or call the store for refund. I said I called the store number twice, and I keep getting the call center. Surely this can’t be the only option? Well she is the least helpful person in the world and keeps repeating the same thing, so I hang up and decide to drive to the store.
I arrive. One dude working. That’s fine, but he’s moaning “oh my god” and when he finally acknowledges me, guess what y’all? They can’t refund a card. Only give credit to DoorDash. I said well can I at least get the missing sauce? Nope. They’re out of that too. I just walked out.
My advice? Go to a different pizza joint all together.

Ordered thru with the app flatzz pizza with a six piece boneless wings Cinnabon everything came out hot and fresh picked up through the drive-through window customer service was great

I ordered the tavern pizza which is like thin crust .. when I picked it up it was overloaded with sauce I took it back in to the worker told him I did not put extra sauce it was way too sloppy to eat I wanted a refund or for them to remake it .. without any push back he agreed to remake it .. I sat in the lobby till it was done he presented a much better looking pizza for me & even offer a drink on him .. I declined the soda but I did tip him for not being argumentative about fixing the pizza .. pizza was good after being fixed I appreciate the service.. thanks Page Pizza Hut
