The food is very good! I’ve had the momos and some of the curry dishes. All are great. This evening I got the tandoori mix appetizer. Everything is good except the malai. Good quality meat just lacking flavour. But out of love and respect for these people. You still get a 5 star from me. Great people, clean venue, thank you I’ll be back soon!

I love this restaurant more than I can possibly say in this short review. We’ve been here twice and there is still so much more to discover on the menu. We have ordered at least 8 different items by now and every last one was honestly incredible. I recommend the momo dumplings, chicken tikka masala, lamb sekuwa, and my absolute favourite is the eggplant bhartha.
The atmosphere is so warm and relaxed with pleasant music and the service is outstanding. It’s a family run restaurant where it feels like they really appreciate your business.

I’ve tried so many biryanis in town, but this one is truly the best! The taste is absolutely amazing, with the perfect balance of spices. They give a generous amount of meat and rice, and it’s so flavorful and delicious. Most importantly, it’s not dry at all ..every bite is just perfect. Highly recommend!

Another great find the Taste of the Himalayas had good reviews, so we wanted to give it a try. They did not disappoint. The food was excellent, hot, tasty, and perfectly seasoned. Everything was delicious. It’s great to see they serve beers brewed in India. I have to mention the wonderful service from the staff. Everyone was very attentive, and we were made to feel truly appreciated. We will definitely be going back.

After running some errands, I came here with my husband based on online reviews. Definitely met our expectations! We ordered mixed appetizer platter, mixed grill, garlic naan, and chiya. Everything was delicious! Quick and excellent service. Beautiful decor. Highly recommend!

We hadn’t been here in a while, but wanted to have something more interesting tonight and were reminded how delicious the food is here. We like coming in a group so we can do more sharing and tasting all the dishes, but tonight as 2 we enjoyed the momo to start! Delicious and piping hot. Quite a big portion too.
We followed with sekewa and chicken tikka. The flavours are outstanding. Not crazy spicy, but sooo flavourful. Accompanied by saffron rice and the most delicious fresh naan!

Visited with wife tonight for the 1st time. The place looks “old” from outside but quite pleasing, spacious and clean once inside.
We ordered bbq platter and Nepal Khana. Great tasty food although the lamb in the Nepali Khana was a bit tough. Will try with chicken next time in the Khana or another dish. We were able to taste the food and not overwhelmed with chillies like many other restaurants.
Will visit again.
Visited twice more including once last week with the entire family (11people) and were not disappointed. Great service and food including vegan options and no salt meals (pre ordered though). Great value overall although the soft drinks are a bit on the expensive side.
