Food was good but customer service needs improvement. They need to hire more workers or have more people on shift. Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for my order and other customer orders to be taken. When asked if someone could take our order the worker had an attitude. You have the drive thru person taking orders in drive thru, taking orders at the front line, as well as preparing the orders in the back. See pictures line of customers and two workers sitting down with one on her phone. Maybe they need to go to Chick-fil-A customer service training.

Have almost given up on Hardee’s as a lunch stop. Stopped in Amelia VA on my way elsewhere to kill some time. Ordered my food (#6 combo) for dine in. The young lady who waited on me looked like she felt bad, or was mad about something. Maybe too much attention was focused on the guys hanging out in the corner. Waited at the counter when she slid a bag across the counter and said that’s you. No I ordered a combo for dine in. She goes back out of site and returns with my done in order still in a bag, with a stack of trays sitting on the counter. Hamburger was sloppily thrown together, not wrapped well. French fries fairly hard and very salty. No receipt, no napkins in bag. Went back to ask her for ketchup she gave me 8 packs for that little box of fries. Lol. I just wish employees at these places had a little respect and pride in a job. Oh well, it’s like that everywhere anymore. Fast food is on its way out. Over priced and poorly served.

UPDATED: this location USED TO be the best Hardee’s in the area… And I WAS impressed no matter breakfast or lunch… Now it seems they are like all the other locations. And this was 5:17am. Noone in the drive thru, noone inside. Just 2 employees. Nothing ready(as seen in the pics) Bodie Noelle, you all need to do better. Just sad.

Today at 12:00 we stopped in and ordered hot ham and cheeses. The first sandwich was cold and the cheese was not melted. Ask them to replace it with a hot sandwich and the meat was cold. The black woman assistant manager who refused to give her name said that the sandwiches were made fresh and the temperature was checked on them. That was impossible and I told her it could not have been because the meat was cold on it. She said bye and got upset hung up the phone on me. I guess I should call the health department. This will definitely make you sick. She needs to find the job where she does not have to deal with a customer complaints. I will also be contacting corporate office

Service was great at the drive thru. The food on the other hand was horrible. Fries fresh and hot the tinder were cold and well past needing to have the oil changed prior to cooking. Two 5piece tender combos turned into fries and a drink very quickly.

The food was cold. French fries were cold and hard. The burger was so tough I couldn’t eat it and the bun was tough. This food is definitely not worth what they charge for it. I wasted my money.

Well I ordered 2 chicken platters for breakfast and I paid over 16.00 and when I got home and we opened up our platters we did not gave any chicken I called and the number has been disconnected they and I should have checked my order but I didnt I’m very disappointed
