My experience was TERRIBLE!! They messed my sandwich up and I had to drive all the way back up there, just for them to give me the same sandwich from before but they added lettuce, cheese, and bacon. I ordered a BACON KING with lettuce. (Pictures uploaded) You can also tell they sat the top bun under the light because you can see the mark. They never gave me a receipt and kept my change. And the manager tried to give me my food out the window without a bag. I’LL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I’LL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. This was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!

So I came here today around 626pm. A Hispanic guy took my order. He was friendly and nice .
Then a Hispanic female. I think she was the manager of the day. Tati or something. She was very rude and seem like she doesn’t like girls. She was bossy everyone around in the store. She gave me half the amount of fries in the bag, and expected me to be okay with that. I came back and asked for more. Luckily the guy was cool about it. He apologized to me .
I’m not sure if she’s a racist. She should not be a manager. You can tell she’s unhappy with her job. Very miserable vibe from her today. I didn’t spend my hard earned money for her to act like that. That’s very unacceptable.

I came there this morning and asked for two plain croissants and two sides of bacon as I was placing my order the manager forgot Her headset was on so I could hear what she saying as I was placing my order with the guy who be at the window he got upset because I told him I could not hear him because two people was talking he Proceeds to tell meno it’s not as if I was dumb or can’t freaking hear !! as I got home and checked my food. I could tell there was upset about what I said because they gave me burnt bacon !!! Mind you I go to this Burger King all the time so I know that’s not how the bacon should be cooked

This morning I had a few extra minutes, stopped here and ordered based on the app offers ($5 meal-sandwich, Tatar tots and coffee ☕️ decaf pls ) anyways, everything was hot and freshly made. The biscuit was a little hardy I prefer a softer biscuit but I’m not sure if it’s proper etiquette to complain about a $5 meal. Not demur lol. Everything else was good.

This burger king is a mess. Specially the night crew. Be aware, that if you order a double cheeseburger, it is supposed to bring two pieces of cheese, these people skimp you and only give you one. Even if you ask for the burgers fresh, they give you the meat old and hard. This has happened multiple times with them. God for forbid you complain, they give you attitude.

What a terrible thing to do. I ordered Uber eats and I didn’t receive a single item I ordered. I ordered the 12 piece fiery chicken fries and received 3 cold dry nuggets. I ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese and add onion; received just bread and a cold chicken patty. And the worst is I ordered the new fiery whopper and received whopper bread and a cold nasty chicken patty. If they do not have any of the food I ordered I’d rather them cancel my order. I spent 30 for this crap. They should be ashamed of themselves. Please management do better. I will be sending this to corporate.

After waiting few minutes we went to the window and she started talking with really bad attitude and my husband we never heard anything! People on cell phones no one no cars in front of us, may be mobile orders but what about customers in a line. 9:01pm 8/29/25. Thanks that I have enough education to not be rude to people that think they can humiliate me. God will take care of it
