My friend and I were passing through yesterday and stopped for some lunch. It was not busy but we still waited 15 minutes just for her to come and take our drink order. Another 20 minutes for her to come take our order.
From the start the food just tasted off. The soup was lukewarm. The beef in the stir fry was crunchy, I actually thought I had chipped my tooth from it.
The real kicker was when they brought my friend her sprite refill, there was something in it and the waitress seemed unfazed.
Definitely one of our worst experiences in a restaurant

Fantastic attentive service. The restaurant has a beautiful bar and that was the hot spot on a Tuesday night.
The food came quickly and our party of 3 received everything as ordered.

I do not recommend getting the ribeye steak . Its obvious not aged an is not worth the price. I ordered it medium rare. It came out well done, an about a half inch thick. I told the waiter, an It was like she didnt care an ignored me an walked off. I do not recommend nor will I eat there again.

Pacific Rim made our anniversary dinner a total hit, thanks to the amazing people who took care of us! The hostess—wish we caught his name—was super sweet, greeting us with a huge smile that made us feel like we were walking into a party. He set the whole night off on the right foot with his warm, welcoming vibe.
Rosie, our server, was the absolute best! She was bursting with energy, cracking jokes, and just made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend. Her menu recommendations were on point, and she checked in just enough to keep things perfect without being over the top. Total superstar!
Then there’s Charlie, the bartender, who brought the fun to another level! He surprised us with two free shots for our anniversary, which had us grinning and toasting to good times. His cocktails were awesome, and his chill, friendly vibe made the night even more special.

I would like to thank Charlie Medelline and the entire staff of Pacific Rim for making our special day so memorable. The professional staff went above and beyond to decorate and make our experience such a memorable event. The service was superb, the room was set up and decorated with such detail, and even provided a special menu in Spanish for our Spanish speaking guest. Pacific Rim was a fantastic venue for us to celebrate a big 50th surprise birthday party in Hobbs, NM. The staff made everything work smoothly for us and all of our guests. Staff had organized all the seating area with a nice buffet style menu and then additional appetizers at each table for guests as they arrived. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Thank you to Charlie and his team for making this a wonderful memory for our family.

The restaurant experience was certainly eventful. On my birthday dinner at Pacific Rim, we had just received our appetizer and placed our orders when the entire restaurant suddenly lost power due to heavy rain. The staff kindly packed our food to go and closed the restaurant to ensure everyone’s safety. The waitresses were very attentive, checking on everyone to make sure they were okay. Despite the unexpected turn of events, it was a unique and ultimately positive experience. I’m definitely willing to give it another try soon.

Everything about the resturant is 10/10 except the food. My server Rocky was fantastic, very professional, and knew the whole menu perfectly, the atmosphere feels very upscale and fancy, but sadly the food is just bad. I got calamari which was very chewy, and ordered the Sizzling Steak & Shrimp which was served as gummy flank steak, with unseasoned steamed vegetables and some of the most bland fried rice ive ever had, and wonton soup that was dangerously salty. The owner has a perfect restaurant aside from the chef, but sadly I just can’t in good conscious recommended eating here to anyone
