Service was amazing, very kind lady behind the counter this morning. She’s the only reason this review isn’t a 1 star. DONT GET ME WRONG, the food was AMAZING, BUT $50 FOR one SHAKE, 2 BURGERS, AND A SMALL ORDER OF CHICKEN BITES, AND NONE OF IT COMES WITH FRIES loved the food and I will be back but not consistently. Very much over priced.

Incredible burgers and shakes. 10/10. A bit pricey, but every restaurant is, nowadays. My wife and I got 2 double cheeseburgers and they were incredible. 2 fresh smash patties w/American cheese on a bun, yum!! Also, the Xmas sugar cookie milkshake is elite!

Nothing special to shake rattle and roll about. Basic burger joint with french fries. The burger was pretty good and the bacon was really good. The chicken sandwich was pretty dry and lacked flavor. The shake was basic to below average. The price was above average for what you got.

The newest Shake Shack in Clifton, Ohio, is an absolute winner! I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, and it was incredible—juicy, perfectly seasoned 100% Angus beef with melted American cheese and crispy bacon, all on a soft, buttery bun. The crinkle-cut fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salt—my favorite! The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and inviting. Staff come by to ask how your meal is…Love It!! Whether you’re a longtime Shake Shack fan or a first-timer, this New Location does not disappoint. I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend – Check it out!

I was shorted an entire sandwich and fries via Uber eats, so I called because uber wouldn’t refund me and the manager told me to bring my ticket. Then after driving all the way there they didnt replace my food and basically accused me of trying to scam them. No customer service, no apology and the POS ‘manager’ wouldn’t even come talk to me. Absolute trash.

It’s this location’s opening day and I can tell everyone was prepared. All staff members have been very kind and helpful, and doing a great job managing the large crowd and line. Our food was excellent, with my only complaint being one of our two drinks had a little too much ice than I would have liked, but that’s being nitpicky. Even the self-serve water station was great. Cincinnati water is rather funky so having filtered water is very much appreciated.
