Food was pretty alright not the best even when it came fresh, the staff only had two people and they seemed to be working their butts off from what I could tell. Cars wrapped around the store so we did come at a wild time, but the staff Thursday was pretty fast and efficient from what I saw, despite their lack of people. Personally I’d be pissed for waiting but when you lack people and still get the work done, I honestly can’t hate that. I do wish you brought some curly fries to the menu though

Ceiling was leaking water multiple areas, water in light fixture and on the floor. Little effort by employees to take safety precaution for customers. Waited over a half hour to get my order. Instead of working as a team, the employees
just complained stating only one person available to make sandwiches. Obviously a sign of short staffing and poor management, corporate has been contacted.

My experience there was great. Was in the area visiting family and went in, since I had not been in a Hardee’s for quite a while. Those girls, Vada & Stephanie, were great. Service was as good or better than any high end restaurant. Really enjoyed it!

Horrible as it was 8 pm with employees there but locked doors so I had to go to Chik Filet a block away. They did have disabled parking and access just not access at that time.

This restaurant is in a good location . The problem is went in to order food and sit down , there were two people ordering after me . They got there food before I did . Waited 20 plus minutes and still didn’t get the food. Ask for my money back . NOT GOOD! The bathrooms were not clean , employees smoking outside in front of the store and did not wash there hands. There was a cigarette in the floor when you walk in the door where the employee laid it down . NASTY. IF YOUR IN A RUSH TO EAT AND WANT A CLEAN PLACE DONT GO HERE .

Stephanie and Vada were amazing today! Who am I kidding they are always amazing anytime I go to this Hardees in Villa Rica. Our order was perfect and we have been able to enjoy our Frisco burgers! This will always be our go to hardees!

I don’t get to go to Hardee’s as much as I like but when I do I usually am dealing with Stephanie and Vada. I have watched as they’ve gotten food out quickly and made sure you didn’t forget napkins, condiments, and if your dining in drink refills. They are easy to talk to and you never feel rushed to order and just get out of the way. I appreciate these women and the hard work they put into making Hardees a pleasant experience for everyone.
