Outstanding pizza, great draft selection, and good service. We got their Detroit style pizza, and it was incredible. Their Chicago thin crust (tavern) pizza looked really good, but we saw some come out and they were huge. Numerous award winning traditional pizzas on the menu. Atmosphere was chill, with lots of seating around an island bar and TVs showing sports. 32 beers on tap (menu on Untappd). We’ll be back next time we’re in Ruston.

So… I requested a brand of beer that they don’t normally carry. I requested a beer that I can enjoy due to gluten intolerance and our favorite bar tender Avery ( what a great happy, hard working person) and her manager Jennifer noted the circumstances. And they ordered what I enjoy! Thanks for making it happen!

Just wow. Amazing restaurant that we tried on a whim while visiting for the peach festival. Hats off to the crew there being short staffed and still providing constant customer service for all.
This has to be one of my favorite places for pizza type meals, the sauce was outstanding and not too acidic. As from the pictures, the food was perfect. Listening to the resonance that the team had and providing the service for us was incredibly successful. Kudos to the manager assisting with service rather than being in an office barking orders. Give all today a well deserved thank you from us from Monroe. We will be coming back because of the diversity in the menu selections for those that are health conscious. Those truffle oil fries were so good.
Atmospheric and great vibe all around. The energy of the staff was unaltered by the rush as they accommodated us within reason. Definitely coming back.

So I came here just to review this place since I live pizza and it is one of only a few places in Ruston. The calamari had good flavor but was over cooked the boudin fries were pretty damn good I wish the cooked the fries a little harder to stand up to the toppings but it was really good. Now for the pizza I ordered cracker crust it should already be crispy but I told the bartender anyways. When the pizza came out it wss under baked and not cut cleanly you couldn’t pick it up the bartender noticed and came and got the pizza it came back out ten kinutes later perfevtly cooked and cut my issue was some parts of the pizza had so much sauce I couldn’t eat it and other parts had no sauce Ansley was fantastic if I was to ever come back its cause of the service

Today was my second time dining here. I didn’t remember not being happy the first time, so I went back today since I was in the mood for pizza. The server was the best part about my lunch. First, the sweet tea was not sweet. I ordered the spinach dip appetizer, $12. I noticed it looked a little off when I got it. It was extremely green. After tasting it, I could only taste spinach, no cheese. It tasted like it had been frozen, and it wasn’t that hot. The bread for the dipping was extremely chewy. I’d much rather eaten the dip with chips, at least I would have had some crunch. I ordered the garlic chicken Detroit pizza. For $21, I was extremely disappointed in the 6 squares of bread. It had no flavor and was basically a whole lot of dough. The chicken was scarce. The tomatoes were awkward, and overall, it was just terrible. I will definitely remember not to return here.

My nephew and I got the loaded cheese fries appetizer, which was very good and then the most average calzone. The calzone was good, but it was far from anything special when you considered the price. pretty underwhelming overall.
They weren’t busy at all, and our server wasn’t as attentive as she could’ve been, and there was no one up front to greet us as we came in or for the subsequent guests that trickled in behind us.

My wife and I popped into Rotolo’s since everything else in Ruston was closed. We didn’t really have a taste for pizza so we went with something lighter. It was a Sunday so business and service was slow but we did enjoy the atmosphere. Plenty of local beer available which I thought was really cool. Worth checking out.

We love this pizza place! We went during a roadtrip and going back on the way back home! I do put 4 stars for the service because although our server was friendly and kind when we came up front no one greeted us and waiting a minute or two, also saw several people coming in while we were waiting for our food and they looked confused since there was no one up front greeting them, they waited a while as well. Other than that food was delicious and atmosphere was nice.

Great service. Very friendly staff. Pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, etc. More than 30 beers on tap. Wine and mixed drinks.
Family friendly. Has some video games and other stuff to keep kids busy. Televisions everywhere.
We opted for pizza. Everyone has different tastes so…they have deep dish, regular, thin cracker and cauliflower crust. All baked in stone oven. You can build your own pizza or choose from some signature pizzas. They are very accommodating for changes.
The cauliflower crust is delicious!!! It’s $3 more. We chose the Jalapeño Popper pizza. It has an alfredo sauce. Their traditional pizzas looked amazing and many diners were gobbling them up. If we are passing through again, we will definitely try a regular pizza. Highly recommend.
