The food was delicious, wait staff goes above and beyond. They work together, coordinating perfectly. We sat on back patio waterway. Beautiful view.

Fun place to hang out and great food and drinks. While my companions went for the cheaper “happy hour” drinks, I had the Pain Eraser. It was so delicious I decided to have two. Might have even went for three but they’re pretty pricey. No I’m not a drinker but they were just that good! Word of advice. If you’re feeling very hungry, don’t order the Mexican pizza (regular size) for just you. It will serve several people. If it’s happy hour, ordered a smaller one unless you’re sharing it. The brisket queso was okay but I was expecting shredded brisket instead of large chunks of brisket which would have made it better. I was the only one who had a complaint about that, everybody else at the table thought it was amazing. The Firecracker shrimp taco was heavenly. I wish I had ordered 3 of them. I had the peanut ginger tacos which were great but no comparison to the Firecracker shrimp tacos. My friend had the tuna poke bowl and said it was delish! I would definitely eat here again if I’m ever in the area.

Wonderful food and service, as always! We love the atmosphere and that they are dog-friendly! Both of our dogs always have a great time there! I highly recommend the Key Lime Colada! Best I’ve had so far!

“Yo Ho! A Birthday Treat!”

“We celebrated my birthday with a fantastic lunch at Yo Ho Rum & Tacos at The Wharf in Orange Beach. The happy hour deals were amazing, with great prices on drinks and appetizers. We indulged in the Mexican Street Corn Dip as well as the Rum Punch and a Long Island and were blown away. For our entrees, we tried the Surf & Turf Quesadilla, and the Tuna Poke Bowl and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for a casual and flavorful meal at The Wharf!”

The absolute most bland, dry, & over cooked food I’ve ever had. Ordered the Honey Lime Chicken Burrito, the “sauce” on top was dry, not even considered a “sauce”, literally looked & tasted like the burrito was made yesterday. Chicken was dry & overcooked. Had to chew it to death. There was only 1 customer dining in when I was there, no reason the food should be overpriced & not good. Spent $43 to be sorely disappointed. Do NOT recommend.

For a quick bite, this place was sufficient.
The rum punch was lacking rum, so we ended up ordering a separate shot for our drink. The tacos were pretty good. Fried grouper was delish, the firecracker shrimp was way too sweet and the steak was too chewy.
All and all we had a good view and good service with decent food.

Tacos were tasty. The Fried Grouper, by far, was the best. Blackened Shrimp was 2nd best, and Firecracker Shrimp was our least favorite. The shell was too big for the small amount of protein.
The Honey Lime Chicken Burrito was just ok. Nothing outstanding.
Ordered a side of fries so I could try the Jamaican Jerk chciken wing sauce. Pretty decent, but I would have reached for some hot sauce had I got it on wings. Decent flavor.
You pay for the atmosphere. Incredible location and view.
Hanna was our server, and she is AMAZING!! It was a hot, sunny evening, and she ran her butt off.
The hostess station was struggling. They should be better prepared for large crowds on event evenings. They got slammed and fast. It did, however, only take us 15-20 minutes to get seated.
Definitely recommended the Fried Grouper tacos, if nothing else.

I dined alone tonight on the marina. I ordered the Patron Tower and 2 drunk men walking past on the marina sat down at my table and said I looked like I needed company. Diane and my waiter, Devin, came out and Diane let the gentlemen know I was dining alone and they needed to pay for the 2 margaritas they drank off my tower. Thank you so much for making me feel safe, Diane. I didn’t know if anyone was looking or paying attention. Devin was so friendly, attentive, and words cannot express how much I appreciate them. Additionally, the jerk chicken quesadilla was delicious, as were the drinks. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Do not come to this roach motel. We had about 5 roaches scurrying around as we had our meal. Two other groups got up and left before they had been served. We weren’t so lucky on the timing. I can find some forgiveness for an FDA nightmare of a place if the food is amazing, but our tacos were lackluster at best, and terrible at worst. The steak taco was a single strip of steak fat taking 5 minutes to chew. The firecracker shrimp taco was the only good thing I had during this experience. Our server was a new employee. Kind and humourous, asking if we brought the roaches in with us.

First I’ll start with the vibe. Server was nice, actually everyone I came in contact with was actually pretty nice. We went when there was a country cover singer guy out back. This guy was a great singer, made me miss my dead dog and old country roads even though I grew up a city boy.
Next, the food. We ordered chips and salsa, nachos, and Surf & Turk quesadilla. The chips and salsa were decent. The salsa was a little too sweet, but whatever it’s salsa. The nachos were ok as well, kind of stale. The surf and turf quesadilla was not that good at all. Kind of a weird thing to order tbh though. Mozzarella cheese with grilled onions, shrimp and some pretty bad brisket. Probably would never go back due to the food. The Queso was pretty good. Free chips, free salsa and water. So I’d go back for those 3, because it costed literally nothing. Vibe 4, Food 2, you get a 3.

Edit: I cannot believe what just came out of me. Imagine eating Taco Bell for a week straight and then drinking a gallon of expired milk. That’s what just came out of me. Do not come here after drinking, you will be puking on both ends. Make sure you have toilet paper at home, because you’re going to need it. No jokes here, I would never lie.
