When I had to wait for my order of the $3.99 cheese muffins, I expected them to be fresh and inviting. I should have checked before I left! When I opened them, I found 4 dilapidated piles of cheese that were scorched and didn’t even resemble what Ceasars advertises! I was thoroughly disgused!! The help should be trained to represent the company with at least some integrity!!

I went to this location on Jan. 1st just before 1:00pm for an online order I placed and something must of happened to it (given to the wrong person maybe..) because I waited so long at the drive-thru window getting completely ignored by Angel after he told me it would just be a couple of min., I had to finally come into the store to find out what was going on. Hailey (the manager) finally brings me my order of undercooked pizza while the other dude Angel working the window was slamming oven doors and dropping F-bombs about wanting to quit his job. He completely lost it. Hailey, I know you had to remake my order for some reason but why would you bring me undercooked pizza! You could of just explained to me what happened. I tried placing my pizza bread into my own oven for a few min. and it did not turn out well. I really do want a refund for the $23 I paid for barely-in-the-oven pizza and waiting an extra 30 min. for it. It was disgusting! Why would the manager Hailey even do that!?? Avoid this location if you can, otherwise be prepared for some real sketchy service. This Little Caesars location is not well run or well staffed. It is really bad at the 4124 W. Saginaw store ….

Our pizza was delivered uncut! I called and it was the first thing I said, and the weirdo on the other line says, “If it’s delivery, it’s out of our hands.” ♀️ I told him as calmly as I could, that the delivery driver DOES NOT prepare and box the pizza and is not responsible for cutting the pizza, the restaurant is, so don’t even try it. Just simply MAKE SURE THE PIZZAS ARE CUT BEFORE YOU SEND THEM OUT THE DOOR. He said “if you have a receipt, we’ll remake the pizza.” Sure. We also didn’t get our sauce for our Italian cheesy bread. This was so disappointing. Seriously, it’s the first Lions’ game of the season, please do better so we can continue ordering from you!!!

Just moved to this side of town ordered 2 peps before I went to do my Mijer shopping showed up to the establishment 5 min after the projected time and they were just putting pizzas in. Waited around another 15 minutes. No complementary services were offered.

I have been getting amazing pizza ans chees ready also. Today I was the only customer at the time. No cheese ready, off vibe, a n d they figured out how to get the absolute least amount of cheese possible on a pizza, I understand not overusing from a pizza store perspective, but there was pizza sauce uncovered on half the pizzas and the cheese that was there was burnt.
It’s possible I won’t go back. At least until I see the other workers.

Just got a moldy order of breadsticks and a uncooked deep dish pizza. Called talked to the manager and he hang up the phone not once but twice, didn’t offer a solution or even an apology. Next step will be calling the health department. Avoid this location.
