Ok all, another hole-in-the-wall place that needs to be exposed! Breads and dough fresh, from scratch, made daily. All fresh ingredients. NO SOY! Gluten free crust available…. its more a carry out or delivery place, but there are a few tables here…BECAUSE WE NEED MORE PLACES LIKE THIS IN TRI CITIES SO COME AND SHOW THEM WHY THEY NEED TO GET BIGGER… so worth it
UPDATE: We have had their pizzas a few more times… and it is consistently awesome! AND THEY WILL DELIVER ANYWHERE IN TRI CITIES (Kennewick/Richland, because they’re in pasco) for orders $50 or more.

My pizza was delivered to my room faster then predicted time. Tasted great, you want better, go to the restaurant. Delivery lady was super nice. My salad was crisp. Very happy choosing them. I strongly hope what I experienced is the norm, giving locals a great choice for pizza night.

Usually I only review something if it is really good or really bad. Sahara Pizza is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. First their prices are more expensive then most chain pizza stores, which is usually okay when the pizza meets higher standards or if you are trying to support a local business instead of a chain. Our entirely family was very disappointed with Sahara Pizza. We ordered a BBQ chicken with bacon and onions. First problem, there was marinara sauce on the pizza before any topping was put on. Then, they piled so much of the toppings on, the pizza didn’t cook. The dough was still so raw that you could see your bite marks in the side of the dough. I waited a day and reheated the pizza in the oven thinking it would cook that portion. Instead the bottom go crispy which was great, but still doughy.

Some friends took me here for lunch and it is genuinely some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! It was also really nice to have a gluten free option so we could all eat together. Would definitely encourage any cheese, pizza, and delicious food lovers to check it out!

My family and I have frequented this restaurant for about 3 years or so. We were initially impressed with the quality of product thus the repeat pick ups. Our most recent order and a few before that had issues/mistakes with either the product or the quality of the product ordered( burnt, missing add ons, xl pizza instead of small was one of the most recent issues.) All of the issues were just taken on the chin, with no complaints. The last order however, I decided to speak up. In the restaurant when I picked up the incorrect order, which I mentioned was wrong and still paid the quoted price, there were only teens working so my faith in a proper complaint being filed was low. I wrote a lengthy email per the website directions for customer service and received no reply.
Admittedly, the email had a shakedown tone to it so I am not terribly surprised that there was not a response. Either way, we will not be wasting any more money or time here.
As far as the items go, the pizza used to be pretty good, good ingredients and put together with some semblance of care. The salads are just a junk lettuce with some extras thrown on top, nothing special. The pasta is equivalent to what can be purchased in a can, flavorless and disappointing. And although the last one ordered was overdone for my personal taste, the garlic cheese bread was typically pretty good.

Their gluten free pizza crust is pretty good. I wish they had it available in more sizes than just medium, and for cheaper.
The gal at the register was so helpful though, and got us a 30% discount, which was AWESOME. Excellent service. 🙂

It was my first and last time to get pizza there. Ordered six pizzas totaling $92. Told guys it is my 1st time. Their tried to charge full amount and if you don’t know about specials u screwed. I have asked for a cup of garlic sauce, answer was “no”. I told em again it’s my 1st time to order pizza here…Boys replied they would be fired if they give me even one cup for free. I understand, that you have to bring coupon or know the special before ordering, but when you call and ask what is the special or do you have a coupon and answer is “no” you won’t be back as a first time buyer. I didn’t like pizza. ALL other pizza places in Pasco are better… believe me…ALL.

We visited the Pasco location, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’m from the East coast and being this was my first visit , I’ll be going back. The pizza was amazing, we ordered a cheese and their ultimate. You could taste the fresh not frozen cheeses and ingredients. Thanks again for the amazing hospitality and pizza.

Easily the best pizza in the Tri-Cities area. Toppings are good, crust is good, style-wise crust is pretty medium, not really thick or thin. The main attraction is the cheese though, it’s what separates it from every other place in town.
It’s like actual real cheese.
They don’t deliver to where I live in Kennewick, but I still drive to get it when I want good pizza.

I never ordered a pizza over the phone and had a company lie to me over the prices for their special. The extra large pizza for 13.99 is always advertised out front of their building every time you drive by for the last 10y. But when you call to ask about the special they want to act like they don’t know anything about the special outside and then blames it on the owners. Saying they come and always take down the sign and then come and put back up the sign all the time. That makes you feel crazy like you never saw the special driving by when there’s a lot of better specials at other places. But then when I showed up I realized the sign was right out front of their building window the whole time they were taking my order over the phone. I just don’t understand why they’re so rude when taking your order and picking up your order. At the moment I would call this place a hole in the wall until the managers or owners teach their employees customer service or put some money back into the business. 1 star.
