Although this was a bit of a drive for me, it was ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT !
I had seen and heard of this franchise mostly in south Tx and when I seen them announced here I was rather excited.
It’s a small, but very cozy and sparkling clean place. We went on a Sunday for brunch, around 11:30am and although they were constantly busy with customers in and out, the service was quick, and, the food was delicious!
For 3 adults, we ordered the “paquete familiar”, which I thought it included 10 gorditas of my meats/no meats of choice. But it was those 10 AND 5 MORE vegan (bean and crumbly cheese) !! For a total of 15 gorditas! They were packed with yummy meats.
Chicharron en salsa roja, Quesabirria and Pollo Pibil were our top 3! So tasty! The salsas pair well with the flavors and the masa was soft… it tasted really like home!
They also have chilaquiles (which we seen on other customers eat) and looked really good and generous portions as well.
Definitely a place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Tried this place that recently opened. They offer the truly authentic flavor of mexican Gorditas from the north part of Mexico. Have tried most of the flavors they offered and they are all great. For 1 person i would definitely recommend to choose the 3) combo with a drink. Everything seems fairly priced. Would definitely be a returning cualquiera and would recommend to friends

The food is awesome, have been by 4 times since opening. My favorite is the Green Salsa Chicharron, and the picadillo gorditas. Beam and cheese are also great. The service is great.

First time guest and was disappointed. Price does not match the food size. These are mini gorditas. Please be aware.
I bought chips from Don Chuey and that’s the closest example of size I had. You can find real gorditas elsewhere downthe street. For the same or better price.
