I came to the habit to try the crispy fish sandwich for the first time. As you can see from the photos the fish sandwich they advertise looks large, crispy, mouthwatering and bigger than the bun. As you can see from the next picture the sandwich I received today the fish patty did not even fit the bun, it was small and soggy from the coleslaw and ithe little bit of cole slaw that was in it was a flat layer. The taste was not great as it has some type of sweet sauce, or it might be the juices from the prepackaged coleslaw (or possibly because it was the bottom of the batch). The crispy fish sandwich from the Habit has is NOT worth the almost $11 that is charged. Once I received the sandwich I showed the order taker how different it looked from the sandwich advertised and he said nothing, just looked away. Not so much as an I’m sorry that it doesn’t look like the picture or anything. So customer service today was lacking to say the least. A simple apology would have at least been something. So the bottom line is if you want a good fish sandwich, THEN DON’T COME TO THE HABIT. After looking at the picture again I’ve got to wonder if I actually received the right sandwich at all. I would say the name of the order taker but he was not wearing a name tag. The only description is that he had a dark colored hair ponytail and glasses.

Clean store but staff can be very rude, we were ignored by the cashier and the cooks had to tell them to help us. Also they will always forget or get something wrong with the order. I ordered a charburger with cheese but I did not get cheese, also fries were cold as if they were sitting out

Ordered the Charburger, Portabella Char, BBQ Bacon Char, Tempura Green Beans, 1/2 Sweet Potato Fries and 1/2 French Fries, and a Mocha Shake. The original Charburger is average small sized with a nice juicy beef patty. The Portabella Char adds mushrooms, roasted garlic aioli and cheese which ups the level from the original charburger. This is much more flavorful and great for a mushroom fan. The BBQ Bacon Char has your typical bacon slices on top of the same beef patty and barbecue sauce. This one can be recommended for someone passing by that craves BBQ sauce. The Tempura Green Beans were nicely fried with a crunch to them and intact pods inside. The Sweet Potato Fries tasted indeed like sweet potatoes, crispy and soft inside. The regular French Fries were about average for the fast food fries segment. The Mocha Shake was a delightful sweet treat with the chocolatey flavor and an almost thawing ice cream like consistency. Staff here were patient taking orders and efficient in getting orders in and out the door. You can order with the help of a staff member or you can use their self-service kiosks too. The location has decent traffic during the lunch rush and the location is in a busy plaza that is often packed with shoppers and diners exploring the neighboring shops too.

Ordered a curbside pickup. I was waiting for 10 minutes and a customer came out and asked me if I was waiting for curbside. I informed her that I was. She said you better go in because they won’t bring it to you. I sat down waiting for my order inside and watched the female employee put together orders for customers. She slowly put orders together and handed them to people. When it came to my order I noticed that she packed up my order with fries, onion rings, and two burgers that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. Then instead of trying to walk it to curbside she put it on the pickup shelf. She was more busy flirting with the cooks than doing her job. I let her know that I was who I was and that the order was for me. She gave me a look of shock when I informed her it was for curbside but someone told me to come in because they won’t bring it out. I get home with my cold food and lo and behold the ranch I paid extra for was so watered down. It had zero flavor. Tasted like water. Worst Habit I’ve ever been to!

Could not have been better. I had the Santa Barbara Char Burger and onion rings. Everything was perfect. Service was friendly and fast. They even gave me tons of ranch for my onion rings. I like when places aren’t skimpy with the condiments. I have been here many times. Their customer service is excellent. I will be back soon.
