This is a small Chinese restaurant, but it’s always buzzing with customers — a true hidden gem. We visited on a Saturday and ordered the lunch combination. The combo came with fried rice, soup, and a crispy egg roll. The egg roll was a bit heavy on the bean sprouts for my taste, but I really enjoyed the crunchiness.
The complimentary soup was surprisingly good quality — better than what you’d expect for something that’s free.
I ordered the Mongolian Beef and Almond Chicken. I asked for the Mongolian Beef medium spicy, and while I can usually handle spice well, it was a bit spicier than expected. Next time, I’ll probably go with mild plus. As for the Almond Chicken, a few pieces came out slightly undercooked. I asked if they could bring a few well-fried pieces, and the staff kindly offered to remake the whole dish. We were already full, so we declined — but they still packed up a fresh one for us to take home and apologized. That kind of service really stood out.
Overall, a great experience with tasty food and excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent, local Chinese restaurant. Most of their menu can be made gluten free (not the egg rolls), even their breaded options. My husband got the orange chicken made gluten free and loved it! Very friendly and quick service. Good prices. We will be back!

I gave them five stars cuz their food is so good. The lemon chicken is excellent. service at the restaurant when you sit inside is not the best. When I order takeout and I go in sometimes I’ve had to wait even though it was at the time expected. Parking in that lot is usually available but it’s a busy lot.

Excellent service, we were checked up on multiple times, but not in an annoying kind of way. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot & delicious. The wonton soup was very flavorful. The prices were reasonable and they even boxed up the food for us at the end. Great experience. Also super gluten friendly and thoughtful to my husband’s sensitivity.

I have been ordering from this place for a few years. The food is really good! That said… don’t complain if they mess up your order! There is a black kid that works the front and he will block your number so you can’t call andnplace an order. I’ve had to dial *67 to get thru. When he is not working I have no problem calling. He has also done it to some of my coworkers! The owners need to wake up… They are losing business because of this kid!

I was this places biggest fan and still think their food is delicious. However I got a s&s dinner combo today and half way through my meal I found a metal nut in my rice thankful I didn’t break all of my teeth on it. Disappointed my favorite Chinese restaurant somehow let this happen

Christmas Day- BUSY!! we waited about an hour before we could be seated. The foyer area was packed with people either waiting to be seated or picking up carry out orders, but even with that they were very efficient in moving things and people along
This meal was delicious and prepared perfectly- General Tao: saucy, sweet, tang mild heat crisp and NOT heavily breaded- needed more sauce- the sesame chicken that my husband ordered was as good. The crab Rangoon is rather large and basically just stuffed with cream cheese. I probably wouldn’t order those again. The hot sour soup is delicious. The eggrolls and spring rolls were very good. The dumplings were tasty -I wish the chunks of chicken were cut up more into bite-size pieces and that they served a little extra sauce in both the sesame and the general Tao chicken.
The waitresses were super busy. No time for chitchat lol Great visit

The gluten free sweet and sour chicken was awesome. The gluten free options are not labeled on the menu, but all you have to do is ask. The staff was super helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!

I really think this is one of the better chinese restaurants in the area. However, the fried dishes tendto be overly fried. The egg foo young (shrimp) is outstanding and as good as I have had it. Gravy is on pont and they garnish with scallions as they should. Egg Rolls are an A – to B +. They have a great crisp normally(I picked up the order right away and they had a decent crisp) and the beansprouts make them better than most (if you like that sort of thing) but the seasoning was off…but nothing adding some soy and plum sauce didnt correct. The Spicy General Tso’s

Time for lunch. Rainbow restaurant serves Chinese food. They have many lunch combination menu specials. I chose the Mongolian beef dish with fried egg rolls and egg drop soup. Everything was very good. However, I felt the Mongolian beef was a bit salty. The restaurant is small with both booths and tables. The waitress was efficient and did check on me. I feel it took some time before she showed any warmth to me as a customer. A smile goes a long way to feeling welcomed into a restaurant.
