I never really been a fan of Cheddar’s, but I decided to check out this place since it opened not too long ago. It was moderately busy and I liked the fan at the central dining room. I liked the service and they were very attentive.
The food however can be a hit or miss. The best thing was the honey croissants, but I REALLY didn’t like my buffalo chicken wraps. It just didn’t hit for me and I just ate the chicken inside. Other than that one mishap, the food is pretty decent. Overall, I would get something different next time.

Could’ve been better for sure. Was promptly seated then had wait a few minutes before being greeted by the servers and our drink order taken. Food delivery time from the kitchen was pretty quick. Some of the food quality on the other hand was a different story. The chicken tender salad salad was 75% carrot about 25% lettuce. My son ordered the pasta with chicken. The noodles were overcooked. The sirloin with french fries and broccoli was pretty good. After the food was delivered the server nor a manager came by to check and see how our food was until after we finish our meal then our server come by. At which point he offered to make it right but it was past the point. Not sure would eat here again.

I was shockingly impressed. The complimentary croissants were great. We all loved them. The staff was solid. This Buffalo chicken wrap was very good. The buffalo sauce was pretty standard for me but everything else was working well. The crispy could have been a touch crispier but the flavors and tenderness were nice. The cheese, cabbage, and ranch all played am important role as well. The tortilla was fresh and soft and a quick toss on the grill for some texture would have been huge. I actually am curious to try some more of the menu.

My experience at Cheddar’s was satisfactory overall. The food was average. I had the ribs and grilled shrimp, which came with your choice of 2 sides (I chose broccoli casserole and red beans & rice). Nothing particularly memorable, but it met expectations. What truly stood out was the service. Our server, Missy (Melissa P), was outstanding: attentive, courteous, and genuinely made the dining experience much more enjoyable. While the restaurant itself was just okay, the excellent service is what would bring me back.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t good at all. The food temperature was the only good quality, but it wasn’t enough to outweigh the issues. Our server, who was also multitasking bartending, seemed overwhelmed and unattentive. He didn’t check in to refill our drinks, and I was hesitant to ask after witnessing him handle food, drinks, cash, scratch his head and cough without washing his hands.
What really concerned me, was the cleanliness. I had a severe allergic reaction after sitting in a particular spot, and upon closer inspection, I noticed a thick layer of dust on the artificial plants and asked to be moved. As someone with allergies, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dining here. Until they address these issues.

Visiting this new location felt like stepping into the past—the ambiance was just as beautiful as I remembered. The restaurant was clean, the condiment bottles were full, and the staff was welcoming. Our waiter, Zeno, was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable about the menu.
The drinks were amazing especially Maui Margarita, just as I remembered, and definitely a reason to return. However, the food from the lunch menu was underwhelming—I expected better. While I’d happily go back for drinks anytime, I’d likely explore other menu options next time instead of the lunch specials.

Food was good. Got the chicken tenders and kid got the ribs. He got the full rack and ate over half cuz they were so good. I helped and they had great flavor and were fall of the bone.
Our server, Ashley, was wonderful. Very attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty. Checked in us and was quick to get anything we asked for, such as extra sauces.
The restaurant itself looks just like any of those types of restaurants. Overall looked clean. The amount of food for the cost was very good considering the bill was less than $40.

It was my first and last time going to Cheddars. I read the reviews and still gave yall a chance. I asked for a medium burger and got a well done but at least i didn’t get parchment paper on mine. Next my salad didn’t come with my food. I had to go back for it. Also, I asked for ketchup, mayo and mustard didn’t get it. My second order was cold. The sauce didn’t come with it. The second time I went back I asked for ketchup, mayo and mustard and still didn’t get it. The sad thing about this is you guys don’t care. All im going to get is a response back saying I apologize and blah blah blah . People spend money and deserves to get what they paid for. It crazy you guys still get payed and serve people food any way. Thank you I will not be going to no more Cheddars. Thank you for wasting my money but yall still get paid. Sadness God bless yall. Never again

We had wonderful service, especially for a group size of 8! Everyone’s drinks from the bar came quickly and well mixed! Honey butter croissants were warm, soft, and buttery. The cheese curds were top 10 delicious, and all the main entrees were full of flavor! I especially loved my Buffalo chicken wraps! They weren’t too spicy, so you could really enjoy the “Buffalo” sauce flavor without the afterburn! Ordered a meal to go. It was bagged and ready to go timed perfectly with the end of our meal so that it was still hot when we got home!! Thanks for a great evening, we’ll be going back again soon!!!!!

Fish and shrimp basket could of been perfect had the fish not been so bland . Shrimp was good . Fries perfectly seasoned. Drinks made really good also. Wisconsin cheese curds hit the spot also . OIL was clean so that’s a plus. Would come back again . Maybe grab the ribs next time .
