I like the flavor of their food I always have. I found consistency and what I order. I always go through the drive-through. Their service is fast. Their staff is friendly. Their pricing is good. I would say that I have not received more errors in orders or even as many as other major chain fast foods.

$35 for 5 items. For that price, I could have gone somewhere nicer and got WAY better food. They gave me the wrong quesadilla, no sour cream, no guacamole. They forgot the taco. The quesadilla I did get had been sitting around for a while. Oh yeah, and there was dog hair in my food. Get a lint roller. This was their last chance and I’m done with them. Overpriced, crappy food stuffed in a bag so everything with a shell is broken. I’m done.

I guess I have to give 1 star to leave a review, but it’s not worth 1 star. Went in to order a crunchwrap and it wasn’t on the kiosk menu….therefore no one could or would help me. I could only order through the kiosk.

Sits directly beside a truck stop. Vehicles can go through drive up. Uber eats /grub hub can go in and pick up orders. But driving a semi they said i would have to stand out in the snow at drive up to order. Thank you I will not order from here anymore even during the day. If you got it a truck driver brought it.

Most arrogant customer service ever. Everytime you go through the drive through it’s like you’re bothering them. If they don’t have something that’s on the menu and you point out well maybe they should take it off the menu they tell you it’s not their problem and you should call corporate. Food is hit or miss depending on the day. I for one will never eat here again. Your job is customer service if you’re bothered by that. Go work somewhere else.

They forget items, change items out for other items, or forget the supreme constantly. They have no system to keep track of messed up orders if you try to call so you have to go back that night to get the correct food. They can’t even write it down. You either have to check your food before you leave, or come back and get the correct, or just charge back your bank.

I thought about it long and hard and this might be the best Taco Bell in the country. I do not understand it, it has no right to be this good. Everything was cooked perfectly, the seasoning was better than I’d ever had at a Taco Bell, the staff were courteous and fun, it was honestly amazing.
Now don’t get me wrong, it’s still a Taco Bell, but it is unequivocally the best (non-cantina) taco bell.

Chalupa was ice cold after a 5 minute car ride home. Almost no meat inside as well.
