My wife tried again…. Extra Cheese? Nope This is the Problem with tipping before delivery. Delivery guy was nice but he obviously had stuff stacked on the pizza. Every time my wife wants to order from there we have problems

15-17 mins? I ordered over an hour ago, and my order STILL has not gone in the oven. If you’re short staffed, why be open til 2am? Rude counter guy.
Update: pizza was not cut through, cheesesticks were not put on top of wax paper, so the grease leaked through the box onto my car seat. Same counter guy gave my husband attitude and told lies about me dismissing him, when in reality he never came to the right vehicle to hand me our order. This guy needs better/actual basic training in customer service. This location is the worst in SE Michigan.

So glad that this location has new staff! Food was hot, fresh and ready when I came in! Atmosphere is a complete change…the manager Brandon was very professional, personable and provided exceptional service!!! I will continue coming back from this experience today, gain me back… as I was a pervious customer whom stopped giving my business to this location.

After waiting over 2 hours for a delivery they make me pay up front on my credit card for cause it was $39 and some change for my order I had to go to the store we to get my pizzas and other stuff myself that tgey had made and let sit on their warmers for well over an hour food was hard as a rock and not very hot at all. Poor service and poor food dont waste your time try Hungry Howies or a local pizza place like zukins in Lincoln Park they have really good pizza. And other things to order

Yesterday, I made a mistake and ordered two of the same pizza, one that my kids would NOT EAT. I saw MY mistake once I arrived at the store, and OMAR and STEVEN when I say, they were the best, they were the best, they made a whole new pizza for me, and did not charge me for it, and I was just so grateful for that, bc I literally had 30 bucks, and spent 22 on the pizza, so we could eat dinner. and it just really showed great customer service, and empathy for my situation. They just really deserve a great review for the love they showed me last night. Thanks you guys again

Honestly, the pizza was amazing and the Parmesan bites were great too. But that’s coming from someone who was on a low carb diet who wanted to enjoy minimal carbs with a salad and some chicken. The chicken was all bread no chicken, which, tough luck… whatever. But the dough was not even cooked all the way! Slimy and gross to even chew. I only ate one or two and the rest is garbage… so of course being hungry, I ate the deilicious pizza!! Always good pizza. Was on the phone for over ten minutes, being put on hold, and eventually gave up to try to see if there could be some level of reconciliation for my terrible chicken. No dice. I understand being busy. But not having anyone to tend to the phone..? Or feeling like my call was being triaged? Crazy. It’s ok though . Things happen. Great pizza.

I’m leaving a two star instead of one just so it stands out in the sea of 1 stars. The pizza I got through delivery was crazy. And when I called about it they didn’t even question me they knew they sent out a completely messed up pizza and must of just hoped I wasn’t gonna call about it. They told me I’d get a refund in up to 48 hours which obviously never actually came so now I’m gonna go through corporate.

Called an order for delivery, received order. It wasn’t what I ordered. I called back and spoke to a rude person, told.him this was not the right order, they initially said they would redeliver the right pizza. After waiting an hour, called them back and they claimed they had no order for the name given and that they couldn’t get another pizza today. When we asked for a refund the guy hung up the phone. Very poor customer service and obviously no managerial skills. I don’t normally make a complaint however; this is so wrong on every level. Do Not order from.l them, it appears.others have had similar.bad experiences. Buyer beware.
