Happy cat Café was very fun. Ray is their resident blind cat and he was super adorable. I was lucky enough to see him play so that was very exciting.
Overall, I would say the price is fair. I wish they had snacks or some kind of food but they only serve café drinks.
Staff was very kind and helpful. They allowed us to enter prior to our appointment time because there wasn’t that many people, which I greatly appreciated.

super cute cafe with a bunch of cat themed drinks and items for sale. you’re able to view the cat area through a big window in the cafe and there’s an airlocke-esk area (aka two sets of doors) you have to go through to get to the kitties so you don’t have to worry about accidentally letting them out.

was forunate enough to meet the myth, the legend, ray the blind cat. the staff here is really nice and it was nice to play with and even just watch the cats play with each other. 10/10 would come again.

Great place! Small and cozy, but big enough for 12-15 people to hang out with the cats. Good for small group tean building, family hangouts, and relaxing. Such a gem!

We visited grand Rapids for the first time and we knew we were in for a treat once we found this cat cafe! Be sure to use the parking lot because you cannot access the café from the street. The café itself is separate from the Kat area. This was a relief for my family who was not convinced cats and food should be combined in the same area. We enjoyed our drinks And we had a wonderful time playing with the cats. Each cat is identified and has their own bio. You can see this information to your left once you enter the Kat café. We did not stay for the entire 30 minutes which we paid our seven dollars a person for, but we knew the money was going toward a great cause so we did not mind paying. I would highly recommend checking it out if you have a time. Wonderful staff very clean and bathrooms were both accessible and gender neutral.

I HAD SO MUCH FUN All the cats were so cute, but a few were a little agitated from others but you just leave them alone and they are super cute and cuddly. Service was amazing and quick. HIGHLY Recommend their teas!! The orange cats were super friendly but Niall was my favorite, he was so snuggly and would NOT leave me alone❤️ 5 stars 100% love you guys and will definitely come back!

Visited for my friend’s birthday and it was lovely! The cats were all very sweet and the space was well taken care of. They have a larger drink menu than I expected and our drinks were great, it looked like they also had a small selection of snacks available. Will definitely be back!

Highlight of my day which was spent roaming all over Grand Rapids visiting various coffee shops. I had never heard of this place until it popped up on Google Maps.
I have a cat and have been a cat dad for close to 20 years (Arrow (RIP), Cole (RIP), and Moya Sun).
This place is amazing. It’s a nonprofit who uses coffee, drinks, and other goods to help cats get adopted. You can pay a fee to go to the “cat room” and hang with the cats for either 30 min or an hour. Again, totally worth it and it goes to a good cause. The cats are awesome and the space is all about them.
The staff told me that the cats there are able to be adopted and they have done a LOT of adoptions over the years. These folks are doing the good work. I chose to drink an iced chai (delicious) as I watched the cats (my method has always been to let the cat come to you and never force things). I was greeted by a few of them and it was a lovely visit.
If you like a friendly staff, enjoy supporting good causes and love cats – just go and enjoy. You won’t regret it.
