Update 12/16/25: Now, this is my go-to spot every morning. What really sets this location apart from the others is the staff-the human connection is such a huge part of the overall experience. Visiting many other locations in Westchester and NYC the folks behind the counter treat you like an irritation rather than a customer.
Kay and the team here in Nanuet always have a smile and provide excellent service.

First of all, the entire purpose of the order-ahead option is that I – you know, a customer – don’t need to stand waiting in a queue. But in order to take advantage of that here one has to use the app to put an order in *at least* 15 – 20 minutes ahead of time and even then it is never a guarantee it will be ready on time.
Aside from that, this morning can serve as a standard example of what happens to my order approximately once out of five times. I ordered via my app bacon/gruyeere egg bites, potato egg bites, and the sausage wrap, all with the addon of the Truff Lime sauce. As this was the 8am time frame and I was in a hurry to get to the office I did *not* check the contents. What I found when I got to my work desk was a) the wrap was under cooked / under-warmed, b) I received two orders of potato egg bites instead of one of each of potato and bacon/gruyere, and c) the condoment add-on was not added to any of them, no note, no explanation. This morning was not an isolated occurrence, it’s become the standard of operation at this location with the basic attitude (albeit friendly,have not had any attitude from anyone, yet) of “yeah yeah, you didn’t get what you ordered becasue we didn’t have it or we screwed up, that’s okay you can just deal”.
I don’t know whether this is a matter of how the location is being run by management or just the fact that they are under-staffed for the sheer volume of business they must handle during the rush hour commute. I’m not being a Karen and asking to complain to a manager. I’m merely stating that free market rules apply, where if a price required for services is always paid but the services are consistently botched than the consumer / client can choose to not spend their money elsewhere. My entire office – at least those that spend at Starbucks – have already stopped going there and I will be next on their list. #SorryNotSorry
