It’s 1:20pm on Wednesday 1/21/26. There were 2 employees working. A Spanish gentleman and a woman. The woman’s attitude was horrible and I watched her touch her hair with gloves on and then proceeded to make food. I had went in to order and ended up leaving because I knew if I asked her to change her gloves before making my food I would have had to deal with her speaking to me the same way she was speaking to another customer which was unacceptable.

Went in they only had two worker the lady worker was very disrespectful she had a nasty attitude talking to people across the store instead of her customers vegetables where old looking and was hard want be returning to this location personal please closed it down

Went in at 4:30PM to get a drink after working a 12 hour shift in the heat without eating. Figured I’d get me a sandwich something light to hold me over until dinner time. The only worker there proceeds to tell me that they are closed. Mind you it’s 4:30PM, prime time for people to get off of work. I looked up the business hours because I’ve never heard of a subway closing at 4:30 PM. I asked how long she would be closed, and basically told me until she was finished mopping. I can understand and respect that she is working alone as a previous employee at subway this would happen frequently. However, you are in the customer service industry. When a customer comes up to order , you stop what you’re doing and take their order. The floor will still be there to mop after my order is out. This is mind blowing to me considering I’ve been in her situation at the same company and I would have never told a customer I was “closed” because I need to mop so I can go home. The way that was handled would have been a write up from my boss no questions asked! I will absolutely never return to this location again. Whomever owns this particular location needs to be made aware that they are turning down customers at 4:30 PM. I understand this is a long review, but that’s because I’m hungry. Hopefully someone will read it and come up with a corrective action. This particular location needs to do better and train their employees! As a current business owner I would be pissed at my employee for turning money and a potential repeat customer away. Now they have lost a customer.

The stupid app keeps ordering the food at the wrong location and there is no way to cancel to order so I keep wasting my money on food that isn’t worth dying for anyways. The app is supposed to save time and also money, but app it does is cost me more on gas. Spend your money on food that is enjoyable.

I have never been treated with such a welcoming attitude in a Subway. They genuinely are please to make your sandwich without dragging their feet like some locations. Very humble and take pride in what they are doing. Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ever vegetables were all old, bread was not cooked right, did not taste good at all, I throw in the trash. Do not recommend. Do not go to this Subway.
