Do you want the most underwhelming and cold food possible? Well this is the Taco Bell for you! Do you also HATE when your order is correct? You’re not going to believe this, but this Taco Bell is also for you! Is the dining room open? Who knows, they go on vibes.
But in all seriousness this is the worst Taco Bell imaginable. Food is always cold and made poorly or incorrectly. ALWAYS. And since Taco Bell is now more expensive than like all other fast food, you are paying a premium for just garbage and you dont even get all the garbage you ordered. We rarely eat here anymore, and every time we do, we remember why.

I spent well over 10 minutes in the drive thru line after ordering through the app. Just to get my food and it be missing two items and one item the wrong thing.
Update: ordered here again. Used the app. Got to the location and there’s 20 cars in line. Walk inside to get my food because I didn’t want to wait in line that long for mediocre food. Go inside and I still have to wait 20min. Was told they don’t have some of the stuff I ordered. First taco I pull out the bag was out in upside down and all the ingredients fall out. Avoid this place at all costs until the owner decides to actually care.

Our order is consistently either wrong or made incredibly poorly to the point it’s not worth the money you pay for it. We live close so we want to use this location but we have decided to drive an extra 10+ minutes to another location whenever we want T Bell because this one is so consistently bad.

This place is the actual worst. There’s no other way to describe it. Everyone seems to hate it there. The food is always wrong, cold and the rice is always hard. And the pop is always somehow flat. My boyfriend and I were disappointed with two items in our order the first time we went through the drive through. Went back through, explained through the speaker what was wrong, and the employee said that they would remake it. We received the remake order, and got exactly what we were given previously.
We ordered many things, but the two items we were not satisfied with were a steak quesadilla and a spicy potato taco.
Our steak quesadilla, actually, both the first one and the remake, had a crazy amount of the quesadilla sauce and little to no cheese except a little bit on the side. One small detail that made a big impact in the quality, they didn’t slice either quesadillas. The steak was good reguardless of the other issues.
Our other complaint was the spicy potato taco we ordered with no chipotle sauce. We opened the back the first time, and saw the sauce on the taco. Went back through, said we needed that taco with no sauce, and sure enough were given another taco with the sauce again. This taco also wasn’t wrapped when we recieved it the second time?
We really just weren’t overly thrilled as we expected our order to be fixed after expressing our concerns to the staff. We will not be coming back to this location.

I have given this branch chance after chance to prove to me they can make a the food correctly…this is the last straw…I ordered a crunch wrap(first time) barely any meat, had a regular taco, meat tasted nasty, 2 cheesey melts- those were barely melted. The cinnamon twists were no or good either! I’m done with this location! They are very friendly but suck at making food!!!

During my visit I observed the staff acting in a complete unprofessional behavior. Yelling and cussing that they were not going to remake a customers order. The manager appeared to have no regard to this as he brushed off their behavior and carried on. I have a 19 month old and she does not need to hear this! The profanity and the unprofessional behavior have now deterred me and my family away from this location!

If I could give a review of negative 100 I would ! I was here tonight to pick up a door dash order and a light skinned black man slammed the window and didn’t take my order 15 minutes before the store was closed ! Didn’t expect this in new Albany ! I Try not to judge but it’s ridiculous!!!!

This isn’t fast food any more. It’s taking 10+ minutes (usually more) per person at the order screen. They were out of beef the other day (how does that even happen?). They usually forget the sauce and then act all weird when you have the gall to ask for what you ordered. These are basic things.
