Service was friendly, sandwich was freshly made, Mac and cheese hot and creamy ( it was a little on the skimpy side but tasted good) I was able to get it as a side with my meal.
Dining area has a tv, tables were clean.
Restroom was clean.

They definitely have the Meats! Great location here in Crescent Springs. Staff was friendly, efficient, and wonderful. I loved my Meat & 3 Box with the fish sandwich. The peach cobbler roll was pretty amazing too. I love Arby’s as an alternative to fast food burgers and such. Curly fries rule too!! Keep up the good work guys. Always a pleasure dining in there. Yummo !

Steak bites were overcooked and burnt almost to a black crisp. Nothing like they show on the advertisements. Very disappointed because I have a family member that is elderly that saw the ad on television and wanted me to pick him up in order. Will not go back.

I went to Arby’s in Crescent Springs Kentucky and I ordered a good burger 2 the price on the sign was 10.39 when it was time to cash out ,she said it was 11.86. I asked her how much it was because the sign said 10.39 and she told me that 11.19 plus tax for a total of 11.86 was the right price and then she proceeded to ignore me. Up date your signs if that not the correct price . The worker expect the manager was nice. The manager just ignored me about the price and was condescending. I won’t go back to this location this is the last negative experience I will have with this location.

I just ordered a buffalo chicken slider from door dash and this is the store it came from and it is a sad excuse for a sandwich . No ranch no lettce chicken looks like its been sitting out all day. Never again. Order at your own risk or go there at your own risk but definitely dont recommend. -1000/10

This restaurant has been slow since long before covid, so they can’t really use that as their excuse. But today was absolutely ridiculous. Just spent FORTY minutes trying to get a drink! Went through once, took about FORTY minutes to get chicken nuggets and a diet dr. Pepper. Ordered a large, paid for a large, they gave me a small. Whatever…. I was sick of waiting and left. Got a block away and realized they actually just gave me some kind of watered down… something… I don’t even know. Went back, told them at speaker and they said pull up. So I did… one car in front of me so thought maybe it’d be quicker this time. They took the person’s payment, gave them their food then brought a pup cup for their dog. Thought… oh that’s nice… then they proceeded to sit there and feed it to the dog themselves while holding a full conversation all while a line backs up around the building. Tried to call a couple times to just get a refund but of course they didn’t answer. Will never waste another second at Arby’s.

Didn’t have curly fries or beef of any kind. Messed up our entire order after taking 15 minutes to get it to us. Poor attitude from all employees. Not a good experience.
Additionally… We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. One was raw. One was way over done. The fries were not good.
