The staff are exceptionally great, but the food quality SUCKS. I spent $7 on the sandwich in the photo, and that’s pretty standard for this company. I only have ordered it multiple times because it’s very close to my work, and I hold out hope that it’ll be better next time… lol nope.

First and last time i go there, first i got a hot coffee and it was very cold like i can even wash my face with it and then i went back to change they told me to wait 5 minutes i was like okay and they brought me the second one and I was like OK that should be hot so I didn’t try it until I left, and it was the same coffee, the same one very cold. This message to the owner or the manager you guys should see your employees what they’re doing.

I cannot for the life of me understand why they fill the cup with so much ice, short us on the contents of coffee then add nearly 2 inches of foam and expect us not to notice. This place is an absolute rip off. You pay $6.19 for a large drink, but in reality you’re getting a medium or even a small size in a large cup.
Save your money and get some place local. At least they aren’t lining their pockets by falsely advertising.

Went there. I asked about a blended turtle versus iced or cooler. Said it was the same thing. Made it perfectly. I had a blended turtle with white and milk chocolate. That’s my go-to Caribou from now on. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I placed a mobile order for my favorite drink, a vanilla white mocha hot coffee. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, the staff greeted us and informed us that our coffee was still being prepared. I appreciate that my coffee was made fresh, just the way I like it. The staff was friendly, and most importantly, the coffee was hot and perfect to my liking.

This is not my normal Caribou I stop at; only once in a while do we stop at this location. We always receive great service. Fast, courteous, and the order is ALWAYS correct! This time, I forgot to order my kiddo’s cake pop and the barista added it to the order with no problem when we got to the drive thru window! She did not make me feel it was a hassle adding it last minute even though they were busy! Thank you

The young lady taking my order was laughing with her colleagues over the speaker. I had to ask multiple times if she could put in my perks number . When I asked her again she seemed annoyed. During my payment with a card, she held out their wand thing… she stood there not paying attention , laughing and talking to her colleagues for about 3 minutes. Not being mindful that I could not see the screen. After she was done with her conversation, she rudely told me I had to select a button on the pad, in which I could still not see. Overall, I will not being going back to this location. It needs to be closed, due to this not being the first time having problems with their staff. I will gladly take my business elsewhere where. This was the Caribou off of county road I and 10. Not the one by AMC.
