Went into this Pizza Hut and was welcomed with cockroaches. One died one and a live one that was crawling through there talk system. I told the lady after paying online I didn’t want the pizza she told me she couldn’t issue a refund cause I paid online. So I went home and threw the pizza away cause I’m not feeding that to my family. I called and spoke to the “GM for the day” who told me to bring the order back and he will refund it. I told him it was in the trash with dirty diapers and other trash. He said “he didn’t care” he said to bring it up anyways. So I guess they accept and cross contaminate human waste with their kitchen also.

My husband and I decided to order pizza through DoorDash to be picked up. My husband went in and was told he couldn’t pick it up since he didn’t have a bag. After a few minutes, he came out upset and sent me in. Once I got inside, I observed a blonde haired lady interact with other customers in the lobby and she didn’t seem that friendly. When she got to me, she asked me who I was picking up for, and I told her my name. She mentioned the guy that came in and I told her that’s my husband and he does not work for DoorDash that he was there to pick up our order. She said that being we ordered through Doordash that it was showing the order needed to be in a bag and verified. I ordered for pick-up, not delivery. The system and workers should be able to easily differentiate the two. Needless to say, based upon this interaction we won’t be back. At least the food was good.

First off, this is my go-to Pizza Hut. I’ve never eaten there before but I did pickup carryout a few times. The customer service was better than I would’ve expected, but nothing spectacular, and we always got everything promptly and without issue. I felt the need to give a five star review today because I have never had any issues with this store getting my orders right. Until this evening.
So, they forgot our drinks, which I was 95% sure was the Doordasher’s fault, as he couldn’t speak any English. In any case I did what I could with my mediocre-at-best Spanish. But surprisingly, he didn’t appear to have my drinks.
So I called the store. I briefly explained that we did not receive our drinks. Without asking, the woman I first spoke to handed the phone to a second woman (the manager I think) who got on the line, she apologized saying it was definitely a mistake, and began to offer store credit. Before I could respond she said, “Y’know what, how about I bring you your drinks personally.”
Now this I found surprising. But! Lo-and-behold, she showed up in maybe 5 minute’s time, she handed us our drinks, and then she was off on her merry way. She was super friendly, appreciative, and professional. Her name was Ashley.
This particular branch is lucky to have someone like her on staff. Her going out of her way to do her job and going above and beyond the call of duty has helped to renew my faith in humanity. Five stars, all day every day. Thanks again Ashley!

Ordered through Pizza Huts app, they sent the delivery through door dash and I didnt receive my full order. I called the store and was told I had to go through door dash for missing items, even though it clearly states on my bank statement Pizza Hut and door dash was no help.

I ordered a dinner box bundle that included two medium pizzas—one hamburger and one pepperoni—along with an 8-piece medium order of boneless wings (mild). I asked the cashier how long the wait would be, and he inquired if I was planning to give a tip. When I told him I wasn’t, he said the wait would be 45 minutes.

I asked for two medium pizzas one topping each was told that was 34$ I asked if the 7$ deal lovers wasn’t good in that establishment I was told that it was only online I knew that was a lie so I went called and placed that exact order at the hut on main 39th and came out to be 15.68$ don’t go here if you want to lose time and money
