I honestly wish I could give this location 0 stars. They get EVERY single order incorrect. 2/3 orders yesterday were wrong, and my friends never even got their order. My friends waited ONE HOUR for their food that they ordered online for pick up at 6pm. The manager kept giving them an attitude every time they asked about the status of their food. By 7pm, they gave up and got dominos instead. They’re still waiting on a refund for the food they never got. Stay far far away from this location if you can. The last time I came here, over a year ago, the manager yelled at me for making too many customizations to a bean and rice burrito causing their employees to get my order wrong.

Every single time I have ordered from this location in the last year has been absolutely horrendous!!! The service is terrible, they rush you for your order and they always have an attitude. They’re always out of chicken, either the filets or one time it was all of the KFC chicken. And every time they’ve forgotten at least one or more of the items I ordered. If you want to get the food you’ve ordered and paid for you’ll have to check your bag before you leave. And if you want good and pleasant service and good food you’ll have to go somewhere else.

They are more interested is their “timing” instead of customer service.
The cashier dropped all my change on the ground , and while I was trying to get the food and stuff the money back in my wallet, the manager came to the window and asked me if I needed anything else. When I said “no”, he said “we are on a timing system”, and I said, “so you need me to pull away?” And he said “yeah” – so I said “FYI, she dropped all my change on the ground” and he rolled his eyes.
Oof. Customer service is dead at this location.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I love Taco Bell, but this location is the exception. My last straw, after similar experiences others have had with poor customer service, was when I had to throw my entire meal after taking only one bite of each item. I could not move past the overwhelming taste of stale, unchanged fryer oil. It tasted like eating motor oil. I reached out to corporate for a refund and never heard back.

We went through the drive thru and I asked to give me a minute and the female worker said we are on a timer so I need you to order now. Customer service was terrible. Then when we went to the window they had us pull to a parking spot. When we got our order it wasn’t even right. This is a very disappointing location.

David / Prince who ever the guy is he didn’t want to give me his name . Gave me cold cinnamon bites then got disgustingly rude with me when I informed him that the food was cold he snatched the food from me . And told me it isn’t cold it was just cooked then when he reached in the and touched the food and seen it was cold he didn’t even apologize he goes to profanityin a way that made me never want to eat there again. I’ve never been treated this way . And I caught every bit of it with my pixel glasses.

This location is clearly experiencing serious management and operational failures. After reading they closed at midnight, we arrived at 11:05PM for the drive through. Lights were on, we could clearly see people inside, but they ignored us at the ordering stop and ignored us at the window. After finally getting out of my car to kindly knock on the window to get their attention, a female employee rolled her eyes and reluctantly came to the window to inform us (rudely) they were closed. Since the operating hours were clearly posted on the window between us, I asked (kindly) why. She informed me that they were short staffed and, with and arrogant glare, suggested I should come in and try to work in a place like this. She stared me down with anger and contempt so I got back in my car and left. I have never encountered such unprovoked rudeness.
This reflects a complete disregard for posted operating hours and basic customer service standards. It’s unacceptable for any business, and especially concerning for a brand of your scale. I strongly recommend immediate attention to leadership and evaluation of employees at this location.

DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this place. They should not have two restaurants going on at once. I would not (and did not) give this food to my dog. Chalupa should have been thrown out a week ago. So hard that it broke into pieces. And these potatoes were so hard and burnt they were inedible. Spend your money somewhere else. My entire meal was genuinely inedible and probably would have broken my teeth, and I’d have sued.
