My order is always wrong,, check your food before you drive home! They also forgot peppers and onions. They consistently forget to put your sides in. They are unapologetic constantly. I have a gluten and dairy allergy , the tacos are one of the only take foods i can eat which is why i keep going back They consistently put me at risk for allergic reactions. Last week there was sour cream on top of my side of corn? It seems intentional if I didn’t have allergies I might not complain but this is a joke!!!

I never write reviews I’m so over this Chipotle. Last time I came here they gave my order to a DoorDash driver even though it was pick up and I had to wait for my food to be made. This time I come to pick up my food and they said they didn’t receive the order even though I had the email receipt and showed them it was charged to my card. They said to call support and all the support did was cancel my order on my card. Left without any food. Never going to this chipotle again.

My daughter just got a bowl here to go. Got home and it was half full missing sour cream and beans, 5 shreds of lettuce. She went to report it to the virtual assistant and they said she complains too much and ended the conversation! We have gone here often and 9 out of 10 times we have had an issue. They need to re-vamp this location. Obviously this is a location issue, we dont normally complain about anything. And to add, this location is constantly filthy!! My husband door dashes and no matter what time of day he goes in, its FILTHY!

Literally the rudest employees here and my order is always wrong, I’m missing items in my food, or I pay extras for additional sides and they’re never included in the bag when I pick up my order. Communication with the employees is extremely difficult because non of them understand what you’re saying.
The floors there are NASTY and there’s always trash piled out back by the dumpsters out in the open. The last and final time I went back there recently I saw a rat around by the trash and saw it run into a crevasse somewhere close to the building. Absolutely nasty. Do not waste your money here.

I could not tell you how many times I’ve emailed chipotle corporate about this location. DO not go here, I’ll literally go in the middle of the day and they say they are out of chicken, rice, or literally any other basic ingredient.
Can almost guarantee their workers will not acknowledge you when you are at the counter and will not offer to help if you’re picking up for online. Don’t even bother order online because they’ll be “out” of ingredients, or just don’t want to cook any more…. Not sure what the heck is going on buts it’s seriously the WORST chipotle. Just drive the extra 10-15 to the Portland chipotle.
Extra added benefit of once going in there and watching one of the workers literally STARING DOWN, and gesturing to other workers about some underage looking girls. Absolutely do not want any person that would act like that ON THE JOB making my food

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. Usually, I don’t complain about quality of service from employees. But these employees… they just didn’t care. The establishment was DISGUSTING. Not to mention, they were out of lettuce, out of ice, out of water, and basically everything else. The agua frescas were stagnant. Against my better judgment, I still ordered a burrito. When I bit into it. Pure. SALT. Genuinely could see the granules of salt and had to spit it out as I had taken a bite of entirely salt. This place needs to get it together. Don’t come here.

DISGUSTING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting! Anytime after 5 PM the service goes downhill, anytime ive come in for lunch it’s great but dinner time is usually not as good. None of the employees seem to speak clear English either which is frustrating . Not to mention the garbage piled out back!
UPDATE: I went in on Tuesday and asked if any nuts were used here in anything and all I got was a confused look. ( I AM DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO NUTS) I get to the cash register and I look behind the counter and I see an employee eating peanuts with shells on. I made a comment about the peanuts and the cashier said “So?” I think his name was Caleb? That is spreading allergens into the air and contaminating everything. I threw both of my bowls away after asking for a manager and getting nowhere and no one spoke English.

Hands down, the poorest and most frustrating chipotle experience I have ever had.
You can’t order a quesadilla in person here unless it’s a kids option – but they’re the same thing, different size.
You cannot hear or understand anyone here, so order in and of itself is a frustrating experience.

Truly one of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Whatever team was working their shift on 1/29/23 at 6:30pm are completely incompetent. They got both orders wrong that we ordered, put in the smallest amount of meat when we ordered double meat, and didn’t put guacamole on when that was on the order. It ended up being a 16 dollar burrito bowl that was half full. I will never be eating here and will make it my goal to discourage anyone I know to ever eat at this establishment ever again.
